Living in Platinum Tower is a truly pleasant experience. Kerala's largest IT hub is Kochi. So, the property prices may be on the higher side. However, there are not many amenities here.

It is a great place to call home. Schools, hospitals, and shopping centres are close by. The metro, numerous shops, the airport, and IT firms are all within five kilometres. There are options for all popular food delivery services. Zomato, Swiggy, etc. There are also other transportation options and private taxis. For us private car owners there is no issue because the complex has a parking area.

It is true that this apartment complex is located in a well-connected area. However, the apartment complex is not much modern. There is no swimming pool or gym. There is a parking space, but mostly property owners use them.

The rooms are so spacious here. There is plenty of ventilation but I wish there were more amenities. Since, the apartment complex is closer to the main city there is limited space for amenities.

No other region has Kakkanad's capacity for infrastructure development. The neighbourhood is perfect for living and for business professionals because it is adjacent to prestigious educational institutions, health care facilities, and has a sufficient supply of water. Our complex received 24 hour water and electricity supply.
