Good things here
All modern amenities are available and kept in good condition. The residents get along well and live harmoniously together. Water is available all the time, and the lifts are well taken care of. There's plenty of parking space, and there are no problems with leakage or seepage in the flats. The society is clean, and auto-rickshaws are easy to find nearby. Additionally, the society is connected to the highway.
Things need improvement
All modern amenities are available and well-maintained. The residents live harmoniously together, and there's a sense of camaraderie among them. Water is accessible round the clock, and the lifts are maintained properly. Parking is abundant, and there are no issues with leakage or seepage in the flats. The society maintains cleanliness, and auto-rickshaws are conveniently located nearby. Additionally, the society enjoys connectivity to the highway.

Society has good maintenance. There was no issue regarding quality of construction. Society has the pleasant atmosphere of the neighborhood. The residents are friendly and helpful. The society offers various facilities. There are convenient transportation options available including buses, auto-rickshaws, and taxis, which make it easy for residents to reach nearby services. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse were available in the society. there is a large park nearby where children can play and residents can socialize. The society also provides a well-maintained parking area with plenty of space. CCTV cameras and elevators are installed to ensure safety and convenience for everyone.
Things need improvement
Water supply and electricity were good in this society there were no issues with anything. Everything was easily accessible and effective. No improvements needed

Improving security and adding amenities would greatly enhance the living experience.

Good things here
The society has good connectivity with auto, cabs, metro, railway station, buses, and good road quality. The construction has no seepage, leakage, or cracks and good ventilation and sunlight. Amenities include a garden, children�s play area, swimming pool, gym, clubs, and park.
Things need improvement
The lift is not working. Garbage collection is missing. Maintenance does not solve issues on time. The neighborhood has noise issues and lacks interaction among residents.

Good things here
The metro station is located at a distance of 2 kms from the society. Road traffic is manageable and not that problematic. The building quality of the building was pretty decent and painting was conducted frequently. All amenities such as swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym available within the premises of the society. Dedicated parking spaces were allocated for both owners and visitors. The community members were friendly, cooperative, and actively participated in celebrating festivals. All the events were happening in the society.
Things need improvement
The society has some issues regarding seepage. People are facing this issue. It becomes really difficult during the rainy season and the residents have to face it as till now the problem has not been resolved. This issue needs to be fixed.

Good things here
The society has metro stations available nearby. Maintainenance and clieanliness facilities are available. Gyms and lifts are available in the society. CCTV Camera is provided. People have a friendly nature there and all the festivals are celebrated together. Water and electricity is available all time.
Things need improvement
The society has issues regarding seepage and termities. Painting is not done frequently. Water logging issues during monsoons. Other facilities are nice. The society should work on improving its cleanliness.

Nearby roads are big and maintained as well. Some spread breakers are created in the middle of those roads to prevent several road accidents. A steam room and free wi-fi connectivity are also available.
