The society flourished due to the reliable presence of buses, autos, and taxis, which facilitated the daily commutes of its inhabitants. Public transportation was readily accessible, easing the daily routines of residents, while robust water supply and waste management systems ensured efficiency. Conveniently situated nearby were grocery stores, vibrant markets, healthcare facilities, educational establishments, and universities. Parking spaces were abundant, accompanied by a spacious park featuring a playground for children's enjoyment. The locals were renowned for their warmth and hospitality, and the diligent maintenance of surveillance cameras and elevators underscored the commitment to safety. Communication networks and internet services garnered praise for their consistent dependability.
Things need improvement
There is no issue with anything. Everything was up to date. There was nothing serious issue but sometimes it was a plumbing issue water supply issue. Otherwise everything was okay

Good things here
Everything is great here with no issues at all. Connectivity is excellent, making it easy to get around. Maintenance is reliable and keeps everything in good shape. The construction is solid and well-maintained. Amenities are sufficient for daily needs, and the neighborhood is pleasant and friendly. It's a great place to live with everything functioning well.

Everything is perfect here; I have no complaints. We have everything we need: good connections, amenities, construction, amenities, and a great neighborhood.

The presence of functioning CCTV cameras, security guards, and reliable lifts adds to the overall sense of safety and security within the society. The high construction quality of buildings, along with effective drainage systems and ventilation, creates a comfortable living environment with minimal issues like seepage or waterlogging. The availability of water and electricity at all times further enhances the convenience and comfort of residents. Having a park and play area among the amenities provides recreational opportunities and spaces for relaxation. supportive and friendly neighbors, fostering a sense of community and togetherness. Celebrating festivals together adds to the social fabric of the society, making it a warm and inclusive place to live.
Things need improvement
The absence of facilities like a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse might be disappointing for residents who value such amenities for recreation and socializing. Additionally, the lack of a nearby metro station, especially if one is under construction, could make commuting less convenient for some residents. The weakening of plaster quality in an older society is not uncommon, but it's something that should be addressed to maintain the structural integrity of the buildings and ensure residents' safety and comfort.

Ventilation is never an issue, keeping the air fresh and invigorating. The maintenance team deserves applause for their diligent efforts in keeping our surroundings clean and hygienic. I've never had to worry about water supply disruptions or waterlogging, thanks to the efficient drainage system that keeps everything running smoothly. The amenities provided, such as the park, clubhouse, and kids' play area, are not just present but meticulously maintained, providing endless avenues for recreation and relaxation. What's more, the pet-friendly environment fosters a sense of warmth and inclusivity, making it truly feel like home. With CCTV cameras keeping a watchful eye and a robust security system in place, I feel secure at all times. Knowing that there are security guards ensuring our safety adds an extra layer of reassurance. In every aspect, this society truly embodies the essence of an ideal living space.
Things need improvement
Living here is still a wonderful experience, despite the absence of a swimming pool and gym. While these amenities would have been nice additions. Regarding public transportation, it's unfortunate that autos, buses, rickshaws, and cabs aren't as easily accessible outside the society.

It's reassuring to know that residents of our property enjoy a stable water supply without any reported water crisis issues disrupting their daily lives. Similarly, the absence of power cuts ensures uninterrupted electricity supply for all occupants, which is essential for modern living. Furthermore, the absence of seepage or leakage issues contributes to a dry and comfortable living environment, which is crucial for maintaining the integrity of our property and the well-being of its residents. The commendable security measures, with personnel effectively ensuring the safety and security of the premises and its inhabitants, provide peace of mind to all residents. Knowing that our property is well-protected adds to the overall sense of safety and security within the community.

While it's unfortunate that we don't have a swimming pool available, it's great that residents still have access to a gym within the premises. This promotes a healthy lifestyle and provides opportunities for exercise and fitness activities without having to travel elsewhere.

There were no issues in the society everything was easy to access. People in the society were good and cooperative. No improvements were needed in the society

The society was nice, and the community takes good care of its surroundings, making it a great place to live. It's close to everything you need, which makes life easier. Children have access to the park, and the people here are friendly and helpful. Plus, there are plenty of shops, schools, and hospitals nearby. The connectivity of the society was good, with facilities like buses, cars, autos, and taxis available for those who need to travel daily for work. Additionally, there were no issues of seepage or leakage, which is reassuring.

The society is in need of renovation. Being an older society, it requires some updates to enhance its overall appearance and functionality. Additionally, there are currently no amenities like gyms, clubhouses, or swimming pools, which should be included for the benefit of the residents living there. These additions would greatly improve the quality of life within the community.

I left the mentioned society , no more lives there. When I was living there, sabhi cultural activities hote the waha, navratri, Kite festival wagera sab sath celebrate hote the. I liked the cleanliness of the society. Power back up acha tha , pehle se hi notification dete the. Maintenance charges were also reasonable in that society. Lift theek thi society me working thi. Garden tha, parking area bhi tha society me. A discussion/meeting room was also there. Society safe at night. Autos wagera mil jaate hain. Highway bhi paas mein hain society ke.
Things need improvement
Starting me nal wagera/plumbing work ke liye bahar se bulana padhta tha. Kabhi kabhi gujarati me likhte the notifications to wo thoda samajh nahi aata tha. Leakage ka problem hua tha shuru me. Amenities like gym, swimming pool were not there in the society back than. A major issue was about the pigeons there.

Good things here
The society has top notch connectivity in terms of metro, buses, auto and other transport facilities. Maintianence and Cleanliness is properly done. Swimming pools, gyms are available. People are cooperative and friendly. Festivals are celebrated together by all the residents.
Things need improvement
The society has Drainage issue, during monsoon it becomes really dirty and water logging happens in the area. There is an issue regarding the parking area, it is very small and the area is also very conjested. These problem need urgent solution.

Good things here
Auto-rickshaws and cabs are readily available in the society, and I personally use my own vehicle for transportation, for which there is allotted parking. There is a garden in the society, and the neighbors are very friendly and cooperative.
Things need improvement
The cleanliness in the society is only maintained at about 50% as the maintenance charges for the society are only 800 rupees per house. Everyone has to pay 800 rupees as maintenance charges. There is a lot of seepage in the flats here, and ventilation is good in some flats but very poor in others. There are no amenities such as a gym or clubhouse. This society is 10 years old.
