All the facilities within our society are indeed quite impressive. I've personally found the flats to be well-ventilated and spacious, providing a comfortable living space. The maintenance services provided by the society have been excellent, ensuring that the surroundings are always clean and well-maintained. One aspect that I particularly appreciate is the timely garbage collection, which helps maintain cleanliness and hygiene within the society. Additionally, having amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and garden available and well-maintained adds to the overall quality of life here. Consistent water supply is crucial, and I'm pleased that this aspect is well taken care of.
Things need improvement
Living in Pratham Vatika society, I've personally experienced the challenges posed by poor connectivity in the area. The lack of nearby schools, hospitals, and markets makes it inconvenient for daily errands and access to essential services. Moreover, the deteriorated state of the surrounding roads due to construction work often leads to heavy traffic issues, causing further inconvenience. During heavy rains, waterlogging becomes a significant problem, making it difficult to navigate and leave the area safely. Additionally, the absence of a nearby metro station exacerbates these connectivity challenges, making it challenging to access public transportation for commuting purposes.

Maintenance and cleanliness were proper. Connectivity was strong. People in the society benefit from convenient transportation options like buses, auto-rickshaws, and taxis, making it easy to reach essential services and nearby facilities. The water supply and electricity services are also in good condition, providing reliability to the residents. The construction quality is excellent, ensuring there are no issues like leaks or seepage in the buildings. The presence of a spacious park enhances the attractiveness of the society, providing a pleasant area for children to play and fostering a strong sense of community among residents. The advantageous location of the society allows easy access to nearby markets, schools, and hospitals, adding to its appeal as a residential area.
Things need improvement
There were issues with street dogs entering the society. Sometimes, these dogs come into the compound where kids play, posing a potential danger to them.

Good things here
There are no issues with leakage or seepage in the flats, and ventilation is good. Water is available 24/7, and the society is clean. Festivals are celebrated, and there are no traffic issues.
Things need improvement
The roads outside the society are in poor condition, with potholes. Autos are not readily available. The construction quality of the flats is very poor, with less cement and more sand used, causing walls to crumble easily. The swimming pool is small, there is no gym, and the play area and garden are also small. The residents are not very cooperative.

Society is well maintained, society's mentainance staff is actually good. connectivity of the society is fine.
Things need improvement
Bacho ke khelne ke liye amenities nahi hai, no playgrounds, no clubhouse, no swimming pool or gym. society maintainance ke andar water seepage and water leaking cover nahi hoti.

There is room for improvement in the construction quality, especially considering the society's age of 15 years. Additionally, the swimming pool is considered small and could be expanded for better enjoyment by residents.

Good things here
People are quite friendly and festivals are celebrated together.The society has nice public transport, metro is available nearby. Swimming pool is available. Water supply is available 24 hours and no issues of power cut is faced.

The area is very safe and secured for people and children also. Because there is CCTV camera surveillance for 24 hours. The area also has a 24 hour power backup process.
