Susheela Homes & Properties has been in the business of building quality homes in Goa since 1992 under the stewardship of Mr. Damodar D. Salkar, a qualified Civil Engineer. Between 1992 and 1997, they functioned as a proprietary concern under the name and style of M/s Damodar V. Salkar. They became a private limited company in 1997 and the name changed to Susheela Homes and Properties Pvt. Ltd. Since its inception Susheela Homes & Properties has set higher standards for itself. Their aim has always been to develop residences with visible quality at very affordable prices. In fact, their obsession with quality has led them to qualify and secure the prestigious ISO Certification and with it, they've proved that quality need not be unaffordable. In fact, over the last decade their company has gained a reputation for quality construction, timely delivery, transparent documentation and people friendly terms and policies.
