Good things here
Auto-rickshaws are readily available near the society. Currently, work on the roads outside the society is in progress, and they are anticipated to be in good condition soon, alleviating any traffic issues. The society maintains cleanliness, with CCTV cameras installed for security. Residents enjoy consistent 24/7 water supply, and there are no concerns regarding leakage or seepage in our homes. The community is characterized by harmonious living, with no conflicts among residents. Maintenance charges are at a normal rate.
Things need improvement
Parking space within the society is limited, leading residents to park their cars in front of the buildings. However, with an increase in the number of four-wheelers, parking space may become scarce. Visitor parking is located outside the society. Additionally, the society lacks modern amenities.

Good things here
The society has excellent connectivity with autos, cabs, metro, railway station, good roads, and bus services. There are no traffic issues. Maintenance is great with clean surroundings, working lifts, garbage collection, and regular water tank cleaning without high fees. The construction is good with no seepage, leakage, or cracks, and has good ventilation and sunlight. The neighborhood is friendly.
Things need improvement
The society is too basic. There are no amenities like a garden, play area, swimming pool, gym, clubs, or a park. It lacks facilities that many other societies offer. Even though everything else is good, the absence of these amenities makes it less enjoyable for residents.

Good things here
Easy access to nearby amenities like shops, supermarkets, schools, and restaurants. Its location on the highway ensures convenience. Hygiene is well-maintained with timely garbage collection and pest control. Construction quality is generally good, with occasional minor issues like seepage and plaster problems. Residents are friendly and cooperative, fostering a positive community atmosphere.
Things need improvement
The society lacks amenities such as a swimming pool, park, clubhouse, and play area for kids. Additionally, public transport options are not easily accessible nearby.

This society is the best in whole Ahmedabad area. There is no issues of electricity problem in this area. There are too many street lights. For this reason, there is no kind of tension which people has to face in case of travelling in this area at night.

PVR acropolis is at walkable distance and the most important fact is that metro rail construction is also on the way. For this reason the transport system of this area is quite good .
