2 mins walking distance from B.T. road, 6-7 mins walking distance from metro station, AC connection in all the rooms including living room, extensive electrical points, geyser in one bathroom, plumbing connection for washing machine, water softening plant installed in the society, superior bathroom fittings and wash basin
