Good things here
The housing society impresses with its outstanding maintenance and construction quality. Residents benefit greatly from the meticulous upkeep of common areas and facilities, which enhances the overall cleanliness and functionality of the community. The robust construction ensures that residents feel secure in their homes, with well-built structures that stand the test of time. the amenities provided cater to a wide range of interests and needs, offering residents ample opportunities for recreation and relaxation within the society. The vibrant social life fosters a strong sense of belonging and camaraderie among residents, with frequent social events and activities that bring neighbors together, creating a lively and engaging atmosphere.
Things need improvement
Despite these positives, there are areas where the housing society could improve. Connectivity, while adequate, may not be as seamless or convenient as some residents would prefer, potentially impacting daily commutes and accessibility to nearby areas. Although maintenance is generally good, there could be occasional lapses or delays in addressing specific issues, which may cause inconvenience or dissatisfaction among residents. While the amenities provided are diverse, some residents may desire additional or upgraded facilities to better meet their preferences and enhance their overall living experience. Overall, while the housing society excels in several key areas, addressing these minor concerns could further enhance resident satisfaction and community cohesion.

Good things here
The things which I like is that we have very nice and friendly neighbors who support each other in times of need. Transport, such as autos is easily available. Schools, hospitals, and markets are nearby and each resident has designated parking. Electricity and water supply are available 24 hours a day.
Things need improvement
There are many dislikes which I would say, firstly there are no private transport options like Ola or Uber available. There's a lack of maintenance, leading to issues like water logging, voltage fluctuations, termite infestations, and seepage. The plaster quality could be better and there are no amenities apart from a garden. There is no CCTV or security guards which has led to recent incidents of theft and stealing. The road construction is not complete and the drainage system needs improvement because of which whenever rain happens water logging start, last year few people's room got filled with enough water. Cleanliness can be better and rapid construction should be stopped, and more trees should be planted.
