Good things here
here so good facility available for power and water supply so most of times 24hours available water and power.maintainace charges are normal

Enough parking space
No water logging on roads
Low power cuts

this property is inside to main road so facing a problem for buying daily use grocery store so far so that's only one issue

Not solved complaint and again and again call but not answering and not pickup phone raining water pipes break but not replace new pipes very poor builders service
