The roads and street lights, while not the best, provide a reasonable level of safety for navigating the area, especially during the evenings. Having allocated parking is a definite plus, ensuring that residents don't have to waste time searching for a spot every time they come home. And I appreciate that the elevators are in working order, sparing us from having to trek up multiple flights of stairs. One of the highlights is the reliable 24/7 water and electricity supply, which is essential for daily living. Additionally, the absence of seepage and leakage issues speaks to the quality of construction, providing peace of mind to residents. It's also commendable that there's segregated garbage disposal in place, showing a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and environmental responsibility. I have not experienced any issues with water supply or power backup during my time here. The connectivity of the society is outstanding, with public transportation options such as autos and cabs easily accessible within walking distance. Nearby, residents have access to market areas, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants, adding to the convenience of daily life. Elevators are available in the society, ensuring ease of movement within the premises. A small park is also available, providing a green space for residents to relax and enjoy. Fortunately, seepage and leakage issues have not been encountered in the society, indicating good construction quality and proper fittings. This neighborhood is rather pleasant. Living here is made comfortable by the structures excellent ventilation, natural light, and lack of seepage or leaks. The residents had ample parking space, and water was available round the clock. They celebrated festivals together and showed great cooperation. There were no issues of leakage or seepage in the flats. Additionally, the community had a clubhouse and two gardens for recreational activities. Auto rickshaws were readily available near the society, and the roads were in good condition. read more
