And I appreciate that the elevators are in working order, sparing us from having to trek up multiple flights of stairs. One of the highlights is the reliable 24/7 water and electricity supply, which is essential for daily living. Additionally, the absence of seepage and leakage issues speaks to the quality of construction, providing peace of mind to residents. It's also commendable that there's segregated garbage disposal in place, showing a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and environmental responsibility.
