Living in this neighborhood offers a mix of positives that make it a decent place to call home. Firstly, the availability of public transportation is a huge convenience, making it easier to get around the city without relying solely on personal vehicles. The roads and street lights, while not the best, provide a reasonable level of safety for navigating the area, especially during the evenings. Having allocated parking is a definite plus, ensuring that residents don't have to waste time searching for a spot every time they come home. And I appreciate that the elevators are in working order, sparing us from having to trek up multiple flights of stairs. One of the highlights is the reliable 24/7 water and electricity supply, which is essential for daily living. Additionally, the absence of seepage and leakage issues speaks to the quality of construction, providing peace of mind to residents. It's also commendable that there's segregated garbage disposal in place, showing a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and environmental responsibility. And knowing that the CCTV cameras are operational adds a layer of security to the neighborhood.
Things need improvement
The quality of the roads and street lights leaves much to be desired, making travel less than ideal, especially at night. Additionally, while parking is allotted, it's disheartening to see that cleaning is not done properly, leaving the area feeling unkempt and unwelcoming. Despite the presence of segregated garbage disposal, the lack of other amenities is disappointing, leaving residents wanting more to enhance their quality of life. The construction quality is only okay, and the absence of seepage and leakage issues doesn't quite make up for the overall lack of attention to detail. One of the biggest downsides is the lack of cooperation from neighbors, which can make living in the community feel isolating and unfriendly. It's also concerning to hear that people living on rent are not treated well, as everyone deserves to feel respected and valued in their own home.

Our society boasts excellent connectivity, with nearby schools, hospitals, and markets easily accessible via various public transportation options like buses, autos, and cabs. The well-maintained roads further enhance our mobility within the area. Residents can take advantage of modern amenities such as gardens and clubhouses, meticulously maintained for everyone's enjoyment. Our homes are built with top-notch construction quality, guaranteeing peace of mind regarding issues like seepage or termite infestations. Moreover, our cooperative and friendly neighbors contribute to the sense of community, making our society feel like a true home. Additionally, regular garbage collection services ensure cleanliness, while the installed elevators add convenience to our daily lives
Things need improvement

The maintenance in the society, according to my observation, is excellent, especially considering that the society is relatively new. I have not experienced any issues with water supply or power backup during my time here. The connectivity of the society is outstanding, with public transportation options such as autos and cabs easily accessible within walking distance. Nearby, residents have access to market areas, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants, adding to the convenience of daily life. Elevators are available in the society, ensuring ease of movement within the premises. A small park is also available, providing a green space for residents to relax and enjoy. Fortunately, seepage and leakage issues have not been encountered in the society, indicating good construction quality and proper fittings. The neighborhood surrounding the society is pleasant, and there is a strong sense of community with many events and festivals celebrated together.
Things need improvement
Unfortunately, there is no petrol pump in close proximity to the society, which may inconvenience residents who rely on personal vehicles. Additionally, the society lacks amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, or play area, which could otherwise enhance the quality of life for its residents.

Good things here
This neighborhood is rather pleasant. Living here is made comfortable by the structures excellent ventilation, natural light, and lack of seepage or leaks. Very good connectivity is available with cars and taxis. A pleasant environment is ensured by the maintenance team's good work with timely rubbish collection and regular cleaning.
Things need improvement
The roads here are very dusty, making it uncomfortable to drive or walk. Furthermore, the lack of bus services restricts the possibilities for getting around. Furthermore, there are no facilities like a gym, park, or clubs especially in this residential region.

Good things here
The residents had ample parking space, and water was available round the clock. They celebrated festivals together and showed great cooperation. There were no issues of leakage or seepage in the flats. Additionally, the community had a clubhouse and two gardens for recreational activities. Auto rickshaws were readily available near the society, and the roads were in good condition.
Things need improvement
In the society, visitors had to park their cars outside as there was no designated inside parking for them. Additionally, there were no facilities such as a swimming pool or gym available within the community.

Good things here
24 hours power and water supply is available in the society. Good celebration of the festivals and events in the society. Security is very high and full power back up facilities are provided. Build quality is excellent as there are no issues regarding leakage and seepage even the fitting of the apartment is strong. Allocated parking is available for owners and visitors. All the amenities are available like swimming pool,club house,gym,kids play area,playground etc and everything is highly maintained and charges for maintainance is also reasonable compare to area.
Things need improvement
Earlier there was bus services available just front of the society but now the bus facilities are available around 700 meters away from the society. Metro is not there near by the society. Charges for power back up facilities are high in the society.
