Good things here
The society is truly praiseworthy for its dedication to providing residents with an exceptional living experience. Its commitment to ensuring comfortable living space, coupled with convenient access to nearby facilities, elevates the overall quality of life. The expansive layout of the society offers ample space for both relaxation and recreational activities, while residents enjoy the benefits of meticulously maintained amenities such as the gym, library and clubhouse. Nearby grocery stores, markets, schools, and hospitals cater effectively to residents' daily needs, complemented by excellent connectivity options that make commuting a breeze, with accessible public transport modes including buses, cars, autos, and taxis. Cctvs and elevators are in good working condition. There no issue with water supply.
Things need improvement
Construction quality of the society is very good. The experience in the society is positive. There is no issue of any seeoage aur leakage. Cctvs are also working properly. It would be look more good is there would be a swimming pool.

Good things here
The society has a very good environment with proper cleanliness. Most of the people here are well educated, they are engaging and helpful and we celebrate festivals together. Autos and cabs are easily accessible here. There are no issues regarding seepage, electricity supply or cracks. Security is also good with with CCTV cameras available.
Things need improvement
I have my own personal vehicle, and the problem I face here is regarding parking. Parking area is not sufficient, sometimes it looks very congested. There is also a issue regarding water supply, water doesn't come here sometimes. Apart from this, there is a lack of amenities in the society, there are no gyms and swimming pools available here.

Good things here
Power cuts were a non-issue, and security felt solid with CCTV surveillance. Cleanliness was on point, and the community spirit was strong, especially during festival times. All the modern amenities were in great shape, and thankfully, no problems with leaks or seepage. Plus, accessing the market and hopping on an auto rickshaw was a breeze from the society.
Things need improvement
It was a bummer that the drinking water quality in the society wasn't up to par and we had to resort to installing an RO system at home. Plus, the lack of power backup in the society was a downside. And as for shopping, malls weren't exactly nearby, making it a bit of a hassle.

Good things here
People here are very good natured and engaging, we do celebrate festivals together. It�۪s good to live here actually. Connectivity here is good with parking facilities available, and autos and cabs easily accessible. Maintenance here is also good with lift and garbage collection facilities provided. Construction of the building is also okay with no seepage , cracks issues. There are amenities such as gyms, swimming pools available.
Things need improvement
Sometimes there are issues of traffic, also there is swimming pool available but it's not functional. Else, everything is fine here, feels great to live here.

Good things here
Maintenance seems to be going well, and I'm not facing any issues with connectivity, which is a relief as public transportation is readily available. People are very friendly and cooperative, and we all celebrate festivals and events together in the society.
Things need improvement
However, it's disappointing that there aren't any swimming pool or gym area amenities available. Finding parking is a hassle since there's no designated parking area, and dealing with seepage leakage is a constant headache. It's clear that the society wasn't formed properly, and it's causing a lot of inconvenience for me.

Good things here
The people are decent, and festivals are celebrated together. The society has a gym, library, and clubhouse. There are no leakage issues in the flats. The roads outside the society are in good condition, and public transport is available nearby. Additionally, there is ample parking for the residents.
Things need improvement
The water comes from a borewell, so it is hard water. You'll need to install an RO system due to the high TDS levels, and a softener is necessary for the bathroom. Additionally, there is no swimming pool, and some flats have cracks.

Good things here
Getting around with public transport nearby is convenient. The flats are free from leakage or seepage issues, and all modern amenities are well-maintained. Plus, water is available round the clock. The residents are friendly, and everything, including parking, is ample in the society. Overall, it's a great place to live.

A huge common parking slot is available for the residents. A common swimming pool is also there. An open playground is given to play and also for other exercise related activities.

There are six towers here and each tower has 28 flats. This place is a home for more than 500 people. The security system is admirable and the other management system as well.
