Reflecting on my experience living in our society during the COVID-19 pandemic, one aspect that stood out to me was the convenience of having a gym facility available. Despite limited interaction with other residents due to safety protocols, I appreciated the opportunity to maintain my physical health within the comfort of our community. The presence of the gym added value to my living experience and served as a beneficial resource during challenging times. Additionally, the location of our society proved to be advantageous, with easy accessibility to essential amenities and services. Being situated in a convenient and accessible location enhanced the overall convenience of daily life, allowing me to navigate the area with ease.
Things need improvement
However, during my time living in our society amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, I observed certain areas that could benefit from improvement. While I utilized the gym facility, I couldn't speak to the overall maintenance of other amenities due to limited interaction and engagement with fellow residents. This lack of awareness about the maintenance standards raises concerns about the upkeep of essential communal spaces and facilities, which are integral to fostering a comfortable and enjoyable living environment. Additionally, the limited interaction with other residents during this time was somewhat disappointing, as it hindered the sense of community and connection within our society. Despite the favorable location, fostering a stronger sense of community and improving maintenance standards could greatly enhance the overall living experience for residents.

With market areas, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants nearby, convenience is at your doorstep. The absence of water logging issues due to a well-maintained drainage system is a relief, ensuring a hassle-free environment even during heavy rains. Regular garbage collection and timely pest control contribute to the cleanliness and hygiene of the society, while open space parking makes parking convenient for residents and visitors alike. The presence of security guards ensures safety, and functional lifts make navigating the building easy. The high-quality construction of the buildings means residents don't have to worry about common issues like seepage, leakage, or plaster problems. Plus, with CCTV cameras installed and functioning properly, security is further enhanced. The welcoming atmosphere created by nice residents and the organization of festivals fosters a sense of community and belonging. The availability of additional amenities like a swimming pool and club house adds to the overall appeal of the society.
Things need improvement
The lack of nearby hospitals and malls, as well as limited availability of autos and rickshaws, could pose challenges for residents, especially in emergency situations or when running errands. Similarly, the limited availability of autos and rickshaws might make commuting more challenging, particularly for those who rely on public transportation for daily travel

However, it's disheartening to witness the neglect of certain crucial aspects within our society. The poor condition of the road outside often leads to frustrating waterlogging issues during rainy days, making it difficult to navigate the area and causing inconvenience to residents. Moreover, the lack of maintenance for amenities such as parks, playgrounds, and community spaces diminishes the overall appeal and livability of our society. The presence of ceiling seepage is not only unsightly but also poses health risks and can lead to structural damage if left unaddressed. These issues need to be addressed promptly to improve our living conditions and enhance the quality of life for all residents.

I don't think there is anything to like about this society, there are no good aspects that can be mentioned about this society. My experience have been very bad.
Things need improvement
Parking is a constant source of chaos due to its limited space, leading to frustration among residents. The poor quality of roads surrounding the society only adds to the difficulty of navigating the area. Maintenance is a significant concern as cleaning and hygiene standards are severely lacking. Despite having CCTV and elevators, their effectiveness is diminished by the lack of maintenance. Water quality is subpar, with muddy water posing health risks, and the charges for water are unreasonably high. Security guards' reluctance to perform their duties is worrisome, further compromising the safety of the community. The construction quality of buildings is below standard, evident from the prevalence of seepage, leakage, dampness, and cracks on the walls. Additionally, the behavior of some residents contributes to noise pollution and further dirties the society. Garbage collection is irregular, exacerbating cleanliness issues, and water logging and drainage problems persist. The unreliable power backup system adds to the overall dissatisfaction with living conditions.

This society stands out as one of the best in the area. Transportation is easily accessible nearby, along with essential amenities such as grocery shops, pharmacies, and chemists. The build quality is exceptional, with no issues of leakage, sewage, or cracks on the walls, and high-quality fittings. The amenities provided, including the swimming pool, clubhouse, kids' play area, and gym, are well-maintained and fully functional. Security measures are robust, with CCTV surveillance in all areas, 24x7 availability of security guards, and two gates with guards stationed at each. Allocated visitor parking is available, and guards are trained to monitor parking areas. Continuous water and electricity supply ensure residents' comfort, and daily cleaning maintains the society's cleanliness and hygiene. The cooperative nature of the residents fosters a positive community spirit, with all festivals celebrated within�the�society.
Things need improvement
The metro station is located 3 km away from the society, while the railway station is 5 km away. Only bus services are available nearby the society for transportation. It's worth noting that power back-up facilities are not available in the society, which should be considered for addition in case�of�emergencies.

Seepage and damp issues are reported, indicating potential structural concerns that need to be addressed promptly to maintain the quality of living spaces. The poor quality of roads surrounding the society poses challenges for commuting and vehicle maintenance.

The connectivity of the society is excellent, with schools, hospitals, malls, restaurants, and bus services all within a range of 6-7 km from the society. The road quality is good, and there are no traffic issues around the society. The amenities provided are the highlight of the society, with a well-maintained and functional swimming pool, well-equipped gym, clubhouse, and garden area. Continuous water and electricity supply are available 24x7. The neighbors are cooperative and pet-friendly, with pets allowed in the society as long as proper rules and regulations are followed. The security system is robust, with CCTV surveillance, allocated parking for owners and visitors, and well-trained security guards overseeing parking areas. Cleanliness is maintained, with daily garbage collection and segregation of wet and dry waste. Trade-offs are permitted in the society, making it a great overall�place�to�live.
Things need improvement
I have to admit that the construction quality is not excellent because there are minor issues with leakages and seepage in this society. However, we have a maintenance team that responds promptly, fixing any problems as soon as they arise. Currently, maintenance responsibilities are still under the control of the builder, and they haven't transferred them to the residents of the society yet. This transfer should happen as soon�as�possible.

Auto cabs are readily available nearby the society. The building boasts all modern amenities such as a pool, park, gym, garden, and walking track, all meticulously maintained by the maintenance team. Allocated parking for both owners and visitors is spacious and available. All festivals and functions are facilitated within the society, fostering a strong sense of community. There is a continuous supply of water and necessary supplies 24/7. The rooms are spacious, properly ventilated, and designed. The builder has delivered on all promised amenities and safety features, including fire exits and fire extinguishers. Safety teams are stationed in all areas, with guards at the entrance, ensuring the safety of all residents as per the promoter's�commitment.
Things need improvement
The metro is not located nearby the society, and the build quality of the apartment is not satisfactory. There were numerous issues such as leakages and seepage, with multiple cracks and other structural problems. However, upon raising the complaint, the maintenance team addressed the issues and attempted�to�fix�them.
