Good things here
If you book an Ola or Uber, they arrive promptly at the society. There are no leakage or seepage issues in my flat. The residents are decent. There is sufficient parking space available. The society is clean, and the lifts are well-maintained. Flats have good ventilation, and sunlight enters.
Things need improvement
Autos are not readily available near the society, and one has to walk a considerable distance to find one. The roads outside the society have deteriorated due to construction, causing inconvenience. Although the society has all modern amenities, they are not well-maintained. While water is usually available 24/7, if there is an issue, it takes a while to resolve, and water may not be available for 2-3 days.

Good things here
Cabs, Auto & buses are easily available, Neighbours were good & celebrated festivals together. Parks, Swimming pools are well maintained.
Things need improvement
There is no succh issue they had faced while living in the society, There is nothing to dislike in the society.

A nicely decorated garden is created in front of this housing complex. A nice fountain is also located within that garden. Transport services like buses and autos are easily available in this area.

Ratna Paradise is one of the most attractive residential properties developed in one of the supre locations of Ahmedabad. The entire property is surrounded by an ample amount of greenery.

The entrance of this amazing housing complex is very attractive as it is decorated with several bushes. CCTV cameras are also installed at the entrance and some other parts of this residential property.

Lots of basic facilities are involved within Ratna Paradise such as a swimming pool, a power backup lift, a cricket lounge and so on. 24-hour clean water supply facility is also available there.
