Good things here
There are schools, hospitals, and markets nearby, and each resident has designated parking. Public transport is easily available, with buses, autos, and cabs. Garbage collection is regular, with segregation for wet and dry waste. Elevators are installed and well-maintained, and there's 24/7 electricity and water supply. The construction quality is excellent, with no seepage or termite issues. The neighbors are helpful and supportive, and there are CCTV cameras and security guards for added safety.
Things need improvement
The maintenance charge is 2000rs, which is a bit steep. The amenities are limited to just a garden and security guards; there's no gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, or other facilities in the society.

Good things here
I personally like living in this society, people here are good natured and we celebrate festivals together. Everything from lift to CCTV is well maintained here. There are no issues of seepage, cracks , water supply or electricity supply. Connectivity here is also good due to sufficient parking spaces and easy availability of autos, cabs and rickshaws. Gyms , swimming pools and playing area is also available here which makes it very convenient to live here.
Things need improvement
There is no nearby metro station available which makes difficulty in commuting. Apart from this, there are drainage issues because the road outside the society is not properly repaired and maintained.
