Great connectivity (auto, cab, metro), well-maintained (lifts, cleaning), solid construction (no leaks), good ventilation/sunlight, friendly neighborhood .
Things need improvement
No amenities like a garden, children's play area, swimming pool, gym, clubs, or park are provided, which limits recreational activities for residents.

Good things here
Living in this housing society id okaish. Connectivity is good, and the maintenance team does a decent job keeping things clean. The construction of the building is solid, and the neighborhood is friendly.
Things need improvement
Living here has been difficult due to serious security issues. My bike was stolen within a few weeks, and when I reported it, the head of security said they couldn't do anything about it. This made me feel very unsafe.

Good things here
Society is great. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are available in well maintained condition. It offers many ways to get around easily like buses, auto-rickshaws, and taxis. These options make it simple for people to reach important places nearby like shops and services. There's also a big park where kids can play and neighbors can spend time together, which helps everyone feel closer. The parking area in Krishna Raj is well-kept and spacious, ensuring everyone can park comfortably. It's made with strong materials to last long and stay in good shape. Plus, there are CCTV cameras and elevators that help keep the community safe and make life easier for everyone who lives there.
Things need improvement
There were issues of sealen and seepage. Construction quality is very poor of the society. Managing team should concentrate on the construction quality of the society which causes problem .

Good things here
The society has excellent greenery. Festivals like Durga Puja, Holi, and Diwali are celebrated. There are many hospitals nearby. The society also has covered parking. Within the society, there is a grocery store and a food court with Domino's, and shopping malls and schools are nearby. The society is well-equipped with a swimming pool, gym, badminton court, clubhouse, and play area.
Things need improvement
There are some issues with dampness and leakage. Public transport is very limited, so a private vehicle is often necessary for travel. The metro station is quite far. The support services in the society could use some improvement.

The parking area is spacious and well-maintained, ensuring comfortable parking for all residents. It is constructed using durable materials to ensure longevity and quality. Parking area has sufficient space for parking the vehcles in the society.
Things need improvement
Construction quality is very poor. There were some sealen and seepage issues in the society. Construction quality should be improve. Security are also a issue. There is no camera in the society that should be installed for safety of the community.

I can say it�s a fantastic place to reside. The people here are friendly and create a warm, welcoming community. The amenities are excellent, offering everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable lifestyle
Things need improvement
I was disappointed by the high maintenance fees and the aging construction. Despite the costs, the buildings show signs of wear and tear, and the overall upkeep doesn't justify the expense.

The Roedale complex is situated in New Town, Kolkata. The location of the complex is attached to the pathway of Biswa Bangla Gate. Also, the complex is connected to other eastern Kolkata locations.
