Good things here
Society ka connectivity accha hai. Maintenance achi hai, power aur paani ki supply sahi hai. Construction bahut solid aur strong hai, humein koi seepage issue nahi aya. Society mein parks bhi hain. Society ke bahar tiles lage hain, isliye zyada painting ki zarurat nahi hai. Lifts society mein hain aur woh properly maintained hain. Society ke log cooperative aur friendly hain. 24/7 electricity hai. Markets asani se accessible hain.
Things need improvement
Amenities like gym, swimming pool & clubhouse kuch nahi hai sociey mein. Sports facilities like gym , badminton court, basketball area yeh sab add-onns hota tha toh aur better hota, aisi koi facilities nahi hain. It should have been much better if these amenities should have been there.

Good things here
Everything in the society is up to the mark. Auto and cabs are easily available nearby. Maintenance is really good, and the security system is great. The quality of construction is good, with no leakage or seepage issues. People are really good and cooperative, and all the festivals are being celebrated in the society. There is a big compound in the society, ensuring open space.
Things need improvement
As of now, no issues have arisen that I can pinpoint. However, it's worth noting that there is no metro line in this area yet.

Good things here
The rates for the society have been increased significantly, making it difficult for me to utilize many facilities due to the high charges. The major issue is the substantial increase in rates, and this should be addressed. Otherwise, the society is fine.
Things need improvement
Connectivity is good, with public transport, markets, schools, and hospitals all available, so there are no problems with coming and going.

In this society air is really very fresh and there vibe are really good and really liked it and naighbour are really good.

Good things here
Transportation connectivity near the society is fine, with the society gate on the main road itself. Water supply is provided, People are cooperative.
Things need improvement
Maintenance is not satisfactory, with no regular cleaning. Construction quality is average, with seepage and termite issues. Repairing needs to be done every two years. Additionally, amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are not available, and there is no open space for kids to play.

There is enough connectivity in terms of public transportation and markets nearby. People have access to nearby markets for their basic needs . Maintenace of the society is very well taken care of as well as the people of the society look after everyone else in terms of harmony
Things need improvement
The society doesnt have a swimming pool which comes under the basic amenity, if there is a construction of new pool everything else is likeable about the society

Good things here
Lived there for 3 years. Transportation connectivity was good, with two nearby metro stations. Maintenance was also excellent, featuring 24/7 power backup, and timely resolution of any issues. The terrace area was converted into a park with play rides for kids and a space for adults to walk and relax. There was a well-maintained parking area, making it the best society in the local area.
Things need improvement
There were some seepage issues in the society, and there was less interaction among people due to them being busy with their own lives.

Good things here
The transportation connectivity near the society is satisfactory with availability of cabs and autos. Roads are wide and spacious. Maintenance services are also satisfactory with regular cleaning and garbage collection.
Things need improvement
The building construction is average as there are few repair and fixtures required. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are available in the society

Good things here
Connectivity is good, market is right outside the society. There is no issue with seepage or lekaage not even near the washroom, Lifts and CCTV are in great condition infact lifts have been replaced recently and its running v smoothly. Neighbors celebrate the festivals toegther

Swimming pool is not there in the society, the carpet area is not alot other than that there is no issue as scuh with the socitey
