Good things here
Living in our housing society is generally pleasant due to the friendly atmosphere among residents, which makes it feel like a welcoming community. Public parks are available here for walks and playing area is also available for children. Everything like Lifts, CCTV'c are well maintained. There are no issues of electric supply and water supply, flats have enough windows which caters to proper ventilation. Security here is of top notch due to which people feel safe here. Connectivity is good here because of easy accessibility to autos and cabs and proper maintenance of roads.
Things need improvement
The main issue here is of parking, there are no independent spaces provided for parking which make it difficult for us, due to this, parking area seems very congested most of the times. Apart from this, there are no gym and swimming pools , i really want these should be set up here.

Good things here
The things which I like about this society is that elevators are installed plus the electricity and water supply is mostly regular. There are CCTV cameras and a security guard also present, and I don't have any issues with my neighbours.
Things need improvement
However, there are several downsides. There are no autos or cabs available nearby, and the market is also not close. Garbage collection is not door-to-door, so I have to dump it myself, and there is no proper segregation. There is no power backup, and during the summer, there are water issues, which means I need to bring water from tankers myself. The lifts sometimes have issues, and there are seepage and termite problems, as well as plaster issues. Besides a garden, there are no other amenities. Very few owners live here, with most residents being bachelors, making it not suitable for families.

Public transport, including auto rickshaws, buses, and cabs nearby. Each resident has designated parking, and the premises are consistently clean and well-maintained. Reliable water supply is ensured, and security features like CCTV surveillance and onsite guards are in place. The construction quality is high, with no issues of seepage, leakage, or plaster problems. Functional lifts are well looked after. Amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and children's play area are available. The community is friendly and cooperative, actively participating in events and festivals together.
Things need improvement
Paintings are delayed. Electricity problems, including frequent power cuts. Limited power backup only for common areas. Lack of amenities such as gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and play area for kids.

Good things here
The lifts are well-maintained, and efficient security with CCTV cameras installed is present. There is enough parking, and residents live harmoniously. Festivals are celebrated together. All modern amenities are available and well-maintained. There are no issues with leakage or seepage. Public transport is easily accessible.
Things need improvement
After informing the society about the cement falling from the upper floors, they replied that you have to bear the expenses for the repair yourself. Additionally, there is no swimming pool in the society, and due to the hard water supply, residents have to install an RO purifier at home.

The society enjoys convenient connectivity, with easy access to public transportation such as auto-rickshaws and cabs right outside. The roads surrounding the society are well-maintained. Maintenance fees are affordable. Security is ensured with the installation of CCTV cameras, and ample parking space is provided.
Things need improvement
Seepage and leakage, especially in the kitchen area, are significant concerns. Moreover, frequent power cuts disrupt daily activities. the absence of a swimming pool is notable.

Good things here
Maintenance quality was satisfactory, with regular cleaning and hygiene maintained. Transportation connectivity near the society was also good, with public transport options available within a 5 km radius. Additionally, the construction quality was good, with no issues of seepage or leakage.
Things need improvement
The society didn't have amenities like a gym, swimming pool, or clubhouse. Moreover, residents weren't very friendly and didn't come together to celebrate festivals and events.

Good things here
For transportation purposes, autos and cab services were available. Maintenance was satisfactory with regular cleaning and timely disposal of waste. Construction quality was also good with no seepage issues. There was a parking lot. Also, there was a play area for children.
Things need improvement
The metro station was under construction. Cab services were costlier at night. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse were not available.
