Good things here
Having easy access to public transportation right outside the society is incredibly convenient, making it simple to get around town. Plus, with market areas, schools, and restaurants nearby, running errands or grabbing a bite to eat is never a hassle. It's reassuring to know that water logging isn't an issue thanks to the efficient drainage system in place. This ensures that even during heavy rains, the society remains free from flooding or water-related problems.
Things need improvement
Unfortunately, cleanliness and hygiene aren't priorities, and the maintenance services leave much to be desired. It's disheartening not to have amenities like a gym, swimming pool, or even a park for kids to play in. These are things I'd really appreciate having in my community. During the rainy season, seepage and leakage become major issues, which is frustrating and inconvenient. It's clear that the construction quality isn't up to par. One of the most disappointing aspects is the lack of friendliness and cooperation among residents. Living in a community where people aren't friendly makes it feel less like home. Parking problems are a daily struggle. There simply isn't enough parking space, which leads to constant frustration. Additionally, the lack of maintenance extends to the appearance of the buildings. Paint is peeling, and it feels like the overall aesthetic of the society is neglected.

Old constructions are praised for their spacious rooms, offering ample living space that residents find comfortable and accommodating. The community enjoys a positive social life, with frequent gatherings and events that foster a sense of camaraderie among neighbors.
Things need improvement
Parking space is a significant concern among residents, with limited availability leading to challenges in finding parking spots, especially during peak hours. Newer constructions have smaller rooms compared to older ones, which some residents find less spacious and accommodating. While the locality is appreciated for its convenience, there are occasional noise disturbances from nearby commercial areas or traffic, affecting some residents' peace and quiet. Despite efforts to maintain cleanliness, occasional lapses in maintenance can detract from the overall appeal of the housing society. Addressing these concerns would enhance the overall living experience and satisfaction among residents.

Good things here
Public transport, such as autos and buses, are easily available. There's a hospital, grocery store, mall, and market nearby. We don't have any issues with pet dogs or stray dogs in our neighborhood. The security guards are very attentive and do their job properly. CCTV cameras are installed everywhere in the society, ensuring safety. The lifts are spacious and well-maintained.
Things need improvement
Garbage collection was sometimes delayed, and we had to remind them about it. Maintenance of cleanliness and hygiene wasn't that great either. The roads inside the society weren't good for walking, and the paint had faded but hadn't been repainted. When I first came to the society, there used to be cultural events, but they stopped afterward. There were no amenities like a gym or swimming pool, and although there was a play area, it wasn't well-maintained. One thing I'd like to highlight is that I lived on the first floor, and people living on the top floor used to throw things down, which I didn't like at al

Autos, buses, and cabs are conveniently located nearby. Local shops, supermarkets, schools, and restaurants are within easy reach. The society upholds high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring timely garbage collection and pest control. Security is enhanced with CCTV cameras installed throughout. The construction quality is excellent, free from issues like seepage or leakage. Amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, park, clubhouse, and play area are readily available within the society.
Things need improvement
Everything in the society, from connectivity and maintenance to the neighborhood, is well-maintained and excellent. I believe there is no need for any improvements.

Good things here
I am very happy by living here as the public transport is easily available with buses, autos, and cabs. There are hospitals and markets nearby, and each resident has designated parking. Garbage collection is done on time. The society has very nice and friendly people. The lifts are installed and maintained, and there are CCTV cameras and security guards always available.
Things need improvement
The major issue I face is regarding the extreme water issues and cleanliness in the society. There are also some seepage and leakage issues in my flats. The society also don't have amenities like a gym and clubhouse. There was a garden, but half of its space has been converted to parking.

Good things here
Autos were readily available near the society, and the connectivity was good. There were no traffic issues, and the roads outside the society were in good condition. There were no problems with leakage or seepage. Festivals were celebrated, and water was available 24/7. The society was clean.
Things need improvement
The maintenance charges were generally high. The issue primarily stemmed from the lack of allotted parking for everyone in the society. Additionally, there was a lack of security in the society. The residents were not cooperative, and there were no modern amenities available in the society.

There are plenty of transport alternatives and security measures in this area. Street lights line the road's edge on both sides. The neighbourhood is well-known, and there are respected marketplaces, hospitals, and schools there. Real estate has a high price.

These apartments are quiet beautiful. the neighborhood is good, peaceful. there are security cameras installed inside along with security guards. The properties here are affordable. All the required amenities such as markets, hospitals, restaurants, and hotels are situated nearby. Transportation facilities are available and pollution is also quiet low.

This locality has good transportation facilities and safety features. There are street lights on both sides of the road. The neighborhood is peaceful and there are all amenities available at walking distance. The prices of the properties here are affordable and it is a distinguished neighborhood with good schools, markets and hospitals.
