Good things here
Only 12 units in the society and owned by good families. Most owners live there. Well functioning registered society, owned and run by flat owners and residents. Maintenance submitted on time and all issues resolved immediately. I've lived in the flat with my family for 7 years after the purchase and found it extremely safe and secure. I moved out of city for work. CCTV in common areas, 24x7 guard, water borewell, lift, daily cleaner and waste collector from doorstep are some of the perks of living here. Hardly any power cuts, pets are allowed. Turtles pre-school is 1 min walk and many other great schools, hospitals, malls, restaurants and shopping areas are nearby. Eg. Jayshree Periwal School, Sawai Bhawani Singh School. Bombay Hospital, D-Mart and many more. Only 50 m from main Mahal Road in Jagatpura - both peaceful and approachable. Uber, Ola, auto/taxi, bus stop all available.
Things need improvement
Only thing which sometimes is problematic as an owner is that society doesn't allow bachelors to rent the flats. This is only to maintain the good environment and decorum and safety of society but sometimes it becomes hard as owners trying to rent. But it is great for all residents.
