Good things here
It is good to live. Flat has good sunlight in rooms and balconies are big where can use Planting too. Good cultural functions organize by society that is good thing.
Things need improvement
Everything seems good. I just prefer to away from committees and members to save time. Rest all good.

Good things here
The connectivity in this society is fantastic, with public transportation options close by making it easy to get around. I've had no issues with seepage or leakage, which is such a relief. Overall, it's a great place to live, combining convenience with peace of mind.
Things need improvement
The maintenance of the society is very bad�no cleaning and no lift maintenance. There�s only a play area, and no other amenities. Additionally, the people here are not welcoming and tend to be very conservative.

Good things here
The society is nearby sarbarmati so the connectivity is good , public transport are available outside the society like bus, autos , rikshaw, there are CCTV, security guard and society is quit clean , the neighbours are helpful , cooperative in the society
Things need improvement
The society is old since 2010-2011 so there is no amenities in the society like gym,clubhouse,swimmingpool but there are gardens for the kids
