Good things here
Parking is readily available and adequate in the society. The maintenance is consistently thorough, ensuring cleanliness and proper hygiene standards are upheld. Timely garbage collection and pest control services are regularly conducted. Additionally, necessary paintings and maintenance tasks are completed promptly. There are no issues with waterlogging inside or outside the society, contributing to a hassle-free living environment for residents.
Things need improvement
The society faces significant traffic issues due to narrow roads outside. There is no lift available, and water supply is unreliable, resulting in frequent shortages. Power cuts are common, causing inconvenience to residents. The construction quality is subpar, with ongoing issues such as seepage, leakage, and plaster problems. Moreover, essential facilities and amenities such as a gym, park, clubhouse, and play area for kids are not provided in the society.

The society is meticulously maintained with excellent hygiene standards upheld. Garbage collection and pest control are consistently carried out on schedule. The construction quality is commendable, with no issues of seepage, leakage, or plaster problems reported. Regular painting maintenance is also ensured. Residents benefit from various facilities and amenities including a gym, swimming pool, park, clubhouse, and children's play area. The lifts are operational and well-maintained for resident convenience. Additionally, CCTV surveillance enhances security throughout the society, complemented by the presence of dedicated security guards.
Things need improvement
The society has average connectivity, with public transportation not readily available within walking distance outside the premises. Furthermore, the society is not directly connected to the main road.

Market areas, schools, and restaurants are all conveniently located within a 15 to 20-minute distance from the society. The maintenance services are commendable, ensuring that the society is kept clean and well-maintained. Amenities such as a gym, clubhouse, and play area are available, adding to the convenience and leisure options for residents. Seepage and leakage issues are minimal, indicating good construction quality. Moreover, there are no issues with water supply or electricity; both are available 24/7 in the society, ensuring uninterrupted service.
Things need improvement
I wish the connectivity was better for me. Cabs are not readily available, and I often need to change two autos to reach the metro. The roads are average, which can make commuting a bit challenging at times.

I haven't faced any problems in my community, and I'm satisfied with how things are going. Everything is running smoothly, and I haven't identified any areas that require improvement.

The society has excellent connectivity with easy access to autos, cabs, metro, and railway stations. The roads are in good condition. The buildings are well-constructed with no seepage, leakage, or cracks. There is plenty of ventilation and sunlight. The amenities include a garden, children's play area, gym, clubs, multipurpose court, and park. The neighborhood is very friendly. Disliked Comment: Garbage collection is not available. The maintenance fees are high. There is no swimming pool.
