The society is close to schools, hospitals, and there are several options for public transport and the building is located close to the railway station. However, garbage menace is a major issue in the area.

I rented an apartment in Samanvay Saptarshi because it is spacious, affordable and comfortable. It is strategically located in one of the most popular industrial hubs of the city. Overall, I am satisfied.

I was drawn to Samanvay Saptarshi because it comes with interesting amenities such as a swimming pool, library, shopping centre, table tennis, community hall, yoga area, 24/7 power backup and so on.
