The residence is silent and the area is free from noise pollution. There are general stores nearby for basic needs. There is 24/7 cab and auto availability. The hospital is near to this place.

The apartment faces parking related issues sometimes.People feel deserted at night as the area feels stranded after 10 pm.There is pollution issue faced by the tenants too.The roads have potholes in monsoon.
