Good things here
If you booked cabs in the society, they were easily available. There was no issue with traffic. The roads around the society were well-maintained. There was no issue of leakage or seepage. All modern amenities were available. The residents were decent and celebrated festivals together. Water was available 24/7. Cleanliness and hygiene were maintained. The lifts were well-maintained.
Things need improvement
There used to be a major issue with parking in the society; parking was not allotted, so residents had to park their cars outside. There was no parking for visitors within the society. The swimming pool in the society was not functional and remained closed. Public transport was not easily available near the society.

The market area is nearby, and the people in the society are generally kind and helpful. Overall, the society has a lot to offer. The security system is effective, with available security guards. Additionally, there are no issues with street dogs inside the society.
Things need improvement
Seepage issues persist in the property, and the maintenance team has been unresponsive. A power cut occurred recently, highlighting infrastructure challenges. Overall, there is a lack of organization in the structure that needs addressing to improve living conditions and ensure resident satisfaction.

The connectivity is poor, with public transport not easily available. The construction has minor issues that cause problems for the residents. Additionally, there are very few amenities, with only a garden available, which limits the overall convenience and comfort of living in the society.

The transportation options near the society were excellent, with easy availability of auto-rickshaws. Shopping areas were conveniently located nearby. Maintenance was well-handled, with CCTV cameras and elevators installed. Hygiene and cleanliness standards were maintained, and the construction quality was good, with no issues of seepage or leakage.
Things need improvement
The society didn't have amenities like a gym, swimming pool, or clubhouse, and there wasn't a sense of community celebration during festivals and events. Additionally, there was a high number of COVID cases reported in the society during that time.

Good things here
Connectivity accha hai, mall market hospitals sab paas me available hain. Mobile networks ache hain yaha, no electricity issues also, these are some plus points. Playground hai society mein for children & walking purpose.
Things need improvement
Society building paint nahi hua hai society mein 12 saal se. RWA pe depend karta hai, agar woh acha nahi hai toh kaam nahi hota hai. Society choti aur basic hai - there are no gym & swimming pool in the society. Baarish ke season mein paani bhar jaata hai roads mein woh improve hona chahiye. Street dogs ka bhi problem hain yaha.
