The easy accessibility of public transport options like autos, buses, rickshaws, and cabs right outside the society ensures smooth connectivity to various parts of the city. Having market areas, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants nearby adds to the convenience of daily life, making it easy to access essential goods and services without having to travel far. The installation of CCTV cameras and the presence of well-mannered security guards contribute to the overall sense of safety and security within the community. Functional lifts and well-maintained amenities such as the swimming pool, park, clubhouse, and play area for kids enhance the quality of life for residents. It's reassuring to know that during the rainy season, water logging issues are not faced thanks to a good drainage system in place. The good ventilation and the friendly and cooperative nature of the people living in the society foster a strong sense of community.
Things need improvement
In my society, I've noticed some significant areas that need improvement, particularly in maintenance and facilities. Regular maintenance seems to be lacking, which is concerning as it affects the overall upkeep of the infrastructure. Cleaning efforts could certainly be improved, especially in corridors and staircases. I'm disappointed to find that the swimming pool is not well-maintained and that the promised gym is still unavailable. Another issue is the delayed resolution of problems. It's frustrating when issues arise and they're not addressed in a timely manner. Although there has been some improvement in seepage and leakage issues, it's clear that the construction quality is not up to the mark.

CCTV cameras are installed, ensuring a secure environment in the society. The lifts operate smoothly. Water logging is not an issue due to a well-maintained drainage system. There are no significant problems with water supply or electricity. Public transport like auto-rickshaws, cabs, and buses provide easy connectivity. The residents are generally sociable and cooperative.
Things need improvement
The maintenance of the gym, clubhouse, and playground is very poor in the society. Seepage and leakage issues are common, indicating poor wall quality.

Good things here
Auto-rickshaws are available nearby, and there are no traffic issues on the roads outside the society. Water supply and cleanliness are properly maintained. All modern amenities are available and well-maintained. The lifts are also regularly maintained. The residents are all good people and celebrate festivals together. There are no issues of leakage or seepage in the flats, and they are well-ventilated. There is plenty of open space within the society.
Things need improvement
The metro station is not near the society. There is no parking available inside the society for visitors; they have to park outside.

The society doesn't have a nearby metro station, so you'll need to take an auto to reach one, which typically takes about 15-20 minutes from the society.
