The maintenance crew performs an excellent job of routinely picking up trash and cleaning the common areas. The flats seem light and spacious because the buildings have lots of natural light and excellent ventilation. The neighborhood is welcoming.
At night, it's difficult to get a car, and there are no taxis available. The area's roads are not very good. There are no clubs, gardens, playgrounds for kids, swimming pools, gyms, parks, or parking facilities. For families and those who prefer outdoor activities, this reduces the enjoyment factor.
