Things need improvement
There were no concerns regarding seepage or leakage, indicating a well-maintained property. The occasional power cuts didn't disrupt daily activities, posing no significant issue.

Despite encountering a power outage, which didn't pose a significant issue, there were no concerns regarding seepage or leakage within the premises. Security measures were satisfactory, ensuring a safe environment. The property includes its parking facility, although amenities such as a swimming pool or gym area are not available. Thankfully, the elevator service was efficient, functioning without any noticeable issues.

This society possesses everything needed by a resident to maintain a decent standard of living, including essential amenities.

Good things here
Security guards and CCTV cameras ensured good safety in the society. The lifts were well-maintained. All modern amenities were available and well-maintained. Festivals were celebrated, and cleanliness was maintained. Ventilation in the flats was good, allowing ample sunlight to enter. Public transport was easily available.
Things need improvement
Near the society, there was a traffic issue, and some residents experienced leakage problems in their flats. Additionally, there were a few residents who were not very cooperative and caused some disturbances.

In the society, there is regular repainting and maintenance done. The people around are also very helpful and cooperative. Autos, cabs, e-rickshaws, and markets are easily accessible, which is the best part. Cleanliness is maintained on time, and waste management is also well-organized. Security is good, and there are no issues with leakage or seepage.
Things need improvement
Overall, all the essential amenities needed for living in a society are available here. Currently, we are not facing any issues, and we don't have any complaints either.

Malls, restaurants, markets, and public transport were easily accessible near the society. There were no issues with leakage or seepage, and all modern amenities were present and well-maintained. Festivals were celebrated, and the lifts were in good condition. Cleanliness was maintained, and water was available 24/7.
Things need improvement
Traffic was a nightmare on the main road by our neighborhood. Plus, singles weren't welcome in the community.
