Good things here
The connectivity of the society was good, and everything was easily available. People who have to go to work daily have access to public transport like buses, autos, and taxis, making their daily commute convenient. People were good and cooperative, and there was a park for children and senior citizens to enjoy. Grocery stores, markets, and schools were nearby the society, adding to its convenience. Additionally, cultural events were also celebrated, fostering a sense of community within the society.
Things need improvement
The lack of maintenance in the society was evident, with very old flats that required extensive upkeep. The buildings were in need of renovation to address various maintenance issues. Additionally, there were significant issues with water supply, further highlighting the need for improvements in infrastructure and maintenance.

Excellent maintenance services have been provided for the past 18 years, ensuring the upkeep of the society. The parking situation is fair for all owners, allowing for convenient parking. Issues are addressed promptly, with quick resolution of problems. Handymen are readily available for any maintenance needs that arise. There is a good water supply and functional amenities such as lifts and CCTV cameras. Additionally, there is easy access to the market area for residents' convenience.
Things need improvement
During the monsoon season, seepage and leakage issues arise, leading to stagnant water. Additionally, there is a lack of swimming pool and gym facilities within the society.

Auto-rickshaws, cabs, and rickshaws are readily available near the society, ensuring convenient transportation options. Single car parking is available within the society premises, contributing to hassle-free parking. The society maintains cleanliness effectively, and electricity supply is punctual, enhancing residents' convenience. Painting is done once every 4-5 years, ensuring the upkeep of the premises. There are no issues with seepage in the flats, and ventilation is good throughout the society. Amenities such as a park for children to play, CCTV cameras, and lifts are installed, further enhancing residents' comfort and security. Festivals are celebrated joyously within the society, fostering a sense of community spirit.

The area around the society is prone to heavy traffic due to congested roads, which can cause inconvenience to residents. Unfortunately, there is no public bus transport available near the society, further limiting transportation options. Additionally, the society, being 18 years old, faces occasional water shortages due to leakages in the pipelines caused by water pressure issues, necessitating frequent plumbing repairs. These leakages extend from the ground floor to the fifth floor, impacting multiple residents. Furthermore, amenities such as a gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool are not available within the society, which may affect residents' access to recreational facilities.

The proximity of hospitals provides peace of mind, knowing that medical care is readily accessible if needed. Having allocated parking spaces for all residents is a huge relief and ensures that parking is never a hassle. I really appreciate the effort put into maintaining cleanliness and hygiene within our society. The regular garbage collection and timely resolution of issues contribute to a comfortable living environment. Having water available 24/7 is incredibly convenient, and the good construction quality of our buildings means we don't have to worry about seepage or leakage issues. Plus, the proper ventilation and sunlight in my flat make it a cozy and welcoming space. The friendly and cooperative atmosphere among our neighbors truly makes it feel like home, and the amenities like the gym, swimming pool, club house, park, and play area for kids add so much to our quality of life. The presence of CCTV cameras and lifts adds to my sense of security, and it's reassuring to know that stray dog issues are not a concern within our premises.
Things need improvement
The narrow roads outside the society may pose some inconvenience, especially during peak traffic times. Regarding waste management, it's unfortunate that wet and dry waste are not collected separately. This could potentially be addressed through initiatives within the community to raise awareness about the importance of proper waste segregation.

The society benefits from its proximity to the main road, ensuring easy access to public transport such as buses and auto rickshaws. Schools and colleges are conveniently located nearby. Garbage collection and disposal are punctual, and daily maintenance is proactive, with fast resolution of issues. Ventilation in my flat is satisfactory, and I enjoy good relations with friendly neighbors, with whom we celebrate all festivals together.

The construction quality in the society is notably poor, with recurring issues such as seepage, leakage, and plaster problems. Additionally, essential facilities and amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and play area for kids are not available in the society.

Good things here
The connectivity was good, with a school, hospital, and market nearby, and public transport easily available. The elevators were installed and maintained well. The construction quality was excellent, with no seepage or termite issues, proper ventilation, and good plaster and fittings. There's a well-maintained garden and play area. The neighbors were very friendly, and there were CCTV cameras and a security guard for added safety.
Things need improvement
The maintenance wasn't up to the mark, especially considering the charges. There were no amenities like a gym, swimming pool, or clubhouse. Other than that, everything was fine.

There are many restaurants nearby. There is a temple of Mahadev in the society. The residents of the society are very happy and jolly by nature and you would definitely like to live with them.
