Good things here
Living in this society has many positives that make it a comfortable place to reside. We're lucky to have public transportation nearby, and the well-maintained roads and streetlights ensure safe and easy access. The allocated parking and adherence to parking rules add convenience and orderliness to our daily lives. Plus, the good construction quality of our homes provides a sense of security and durability. It's great to know that painting is done on time, maintaining the appearance of our surroundings. Despite the issue with the elevators not being well-maintained, the overall construction quality remains commendable, ensuring the longevity and stability of our buildings. With 24/7 electricity and water supply, along with all modern amenities available and well-maintained, our basic needs are well taken care of. The continuous operation of CCTV cameras adds an extra layer of security, and the friendly atmosphere among residents fosters a sense of community.
Things need improvement
However, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. The elevators, although installed, are not well-maintained, which can be inconvenient and frustrating for residents, especially those with mobility issues or living on higher floors. Additionally, the lack of proper ventilation and sunlight may affect the overall comfort and well-being of residents, especially in terms of air quality and mood.

Good things here
Transportation are easily accessible at the walkable distance in the day time and parking is allot for the residents in the basements. CCTV camera's and lifts are installed and well maintained. Residential area has excellent maintenance and cleaning. They keep everything tidy and fix things quickly when required in the society premises. Good parking space. We have good evenet organiser for cultural activities, party or festivals. There is a open space with greenary and calm atmosphere. There are very good and in terms of safety too there apartment is very good.
Things need improvement
In nights no any private auto are available but you can book ola and uber or any other online taxi or auto anytime. If you love pets, this place might not be suitable for you. They don't allow dogs in the basement or even if you're visiting someone who lives there. Also, some guards use rude language in front of guests.

Good things here
The roads outside the society are spacious and well-maintained. Cabs are readily accessible within the society. The society maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene consistently. Garbage collection and pest control are conducted punctually. Residents enjoy reliable water supply with no reported issues. Electricity supply in the society is stable, with constant availability of power backup. Waterlogging is non-existent both inside and outside the society. The drainage system within the society is efficient and functional.
Things need improvement
The construction quality in the society is substandard, leading to occasional issues such as seepage, leakage, and problems with plaster. The quality of the walls is notably poor. In amenities swimming pool and club house is not provided in the society as the society is a bit old.

Good things here
The society maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring garbage collection is timely. Issues with electrical or plumbing are promptly resolved by the maintenance team. Amenities such as the gym, clubhouse, playground, and park are available and well-maintained. Public transport is easily accessible outside the society, and nearby amenities include a hospital, school, grocery store, and market, all within reach. The network connectivity in the area is also good, adding to the convenience of living in the society.
Things need improvement
The society does not have a swimming pool available. Unfortunately, there is a significant issue with seepage, and the plaster tends to come off due to this issue.

Good things here
Near the society, autos, metro, and buses are readily available, ensuring excellent connectivity. There are no traffic issues nearby. All modern amenities are accessible and well-maintained. The lifts are in good condition, and the maintenance charges are reasonable. Sufficient parking is available for both visitors and residents. Power cuts are rare, occurring perhaps once a year. There are no issues with leakage or seepage in the flat. The residents are cooperative and sociable, and festivals are celebrated in the community.
Things need improvement
Unfortunately, the society does not have a swimming pool. Additionally, the power backup is only available for common areas and not for individual flats.

Good things here
The maintenance was good, and the connectivity was great with Ola and Uber not canceling rides. The airport and railway station were not far away, which made travel easy. We had all the amenities except for a swimming pool. CCTV and security were good, ensuring safety in society.
Things need improvement
There were several issues while living here. The construction had seepage problems, and the neighbours were very bad. Parking was also an issue as our guests had to park outside on the road. There were too many stray dogs, making it uncomfortable. Even though the maintenance, connectivity, CCTV, and security were good, the negatives should be taken care of.

Good things here
I left the society few years back, Auto and busses were available nearby, Hospitals, makets were just walking distance. Our building apartment was amazing, Gym was there there was a pond constructed no pool, cleanliness is done timely, CCTV and lifts are in working condition, Painting is timely done. I used to do 9-6job that why i don't interact with the residents much, i used to meet in events only.
Things need improvement
Drainange issue is faced by residents in rainy season. Also there were no Swimming pool in the society.

Good things here
Auto and rickshaw are easily available. malls and schools are nearby the society. Well maintained society with timely cleaning and garbage collection. There is no seepage or leakge problem in the society walls . Neighbors are decent and friendly. Amenities are there like gym, clubhouse, gardens.
Things need improvement
Not having a swimming pool means residents miss out on a place for fun and meeting others. It can also make homes less attractive and push people to find other places for exercise and relaxing.

Since he left the society five years ago, there have been significant improvements: a metro line is under construction, auto services are available nearby, cleanliness is well-maintained, and the building's construction quality is remarkable, with no reported seepage issues. Additionally, there are nearby amenities such as gyms, a clubhouse, and parks, and the residents are well-educated.
Things need improvement
While the facilities were generally satisfactory, the absence of a swimming pool was notable. However, aside from that, there were no other significant dislikes regarding the amenities.

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. Metro is nearby the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collections are done on time in the society. Water supply issues are not faced. Drinking water is availlable 24*7 in the society. No such major electricity issues are faced. Drainage system is good, water logging issues are not faced in the society. Lift is available and maintained properly. CCTV is avilable and works properly. Paintings are done on time. Gym is available. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society.
Things need improvement
The constructuion quality is average, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Other facilities like swimmingpool,club house, park, play area for kids are not available in the society.
