Additionally, I'm delighted with the availability of gym facilities, providing residents with convenient opportunities for fitness and recreation, ultimately contributing to a healthier lifestyle for all.
I'm concerned about the uncertainty surrounding garbage collection, as it indicates potential cleanliness issues that need urgent attention. The lack of auto-rickshaw services is disappointing, making transportation difficult for residents, especially considering the absence of a nearby market area. Furthermore, the lack of designated parking spaces is concerning as it may lead to parking congestion and inconvenience for residents. I'm also disappointed by the absence of a swimming pool, which could have provided residents with a recreational amenity to enjoy. The connectivity of the society is overall good, public transports like auto, bus, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. There are medical stores, markets malls nearby the society. I have my own vehicle and have never faced any parking related issues. Securuty guards are available. CCTV is installed in the societry. Lift are in working condition and maintained on time. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. The society is neat and clean. Water and electricity are always available. Water logging never happened. Seepage and termite issues has still not arised. Construction quality is good. Flats are very well ventilated. Other facilities like gym, ,parks, play area for kids are available in the society. Amenities are well maintained. People are friendly and cooperative in the society
Swimming pool, club house is not available. There are no hospital nearby the society which is a major concern but I hope over the years it will be there

Easy access to essential amenities is always a boon, making errands and shopping hassle-free. Thankfully, there were no reports of seepage or leakage issues. A dry and well-maintained living space is essential for residents' comfort and peace of mind.
Information about the availability of amenities like a swimming pool and gym is unclear. For residents who value recreational facilities, the absence of such amenities could be considered a downside. Having access to recreational amenities can significantly enhance the quality of life within a community, providing opportunities for exercise, relaxation, and socialization.

The roads outside the society were in good condition, and there were no issues with leakage or seepage. Water was available 24/7, and garbage collection was conducted daily, keeping the society clean. The society had amenities such as a gym, common area, garden, table tennis table, board games, and a clubhouse. The lifts were well-maintained, and there was sufficient parking for owners.
Bachelor tenants were not treated well in the society and were often looked upon with suspicion. There was not enough parking for tenants; only two-wheelers could be parked inside, while four-wheelers had to be parked outside. The society did not have a swimming pool, and autos were not readily available near the society; one had to walk to the main road to find one. Even Ola and Uber drivers didn't drop off passengers directly at the society at night; they would only drop them off at the main road.

There were no issues with leakage or seepage, and water was available 24/7. Traffic near the society was minimal, and Ola and Uber were easily accessible. The roads outside the society were in good condition, and the society itself was kept clean.
Autos weren't readily available right next to the society; one had to walk to the main road to find them. Additionally, the power backup only covered common areas, not individual flats.

The people were nice. There was a park, a kids' playing area, and a very large car parking area. We didn't face any ventilation issues because we used coolers and ACs. Garbage collection was done on a daily basis, and the lift worked well.
There were no swimming pools or clubhouses. There were no nearby vegetable markets, grocery shops, or supermarkets. Public transportation for traveling to the office was not readily available. Even when we booked autos or cabs, they sometimes didn't show up.

Residents enjoyed adequate water and power supply, along with good mobile network connectivity, which were all significant advantages. The security department and CCTV surveillance were also well-maintained, ensuring residents' safety and peace of mind.
The society was quite tucked away, not on a main road. The road outside was in bad shape. There were difficulties with connectivity, often requiring a trip quite far to access public transport. There was a small gym, but it was only for families, and singles weren't allowed in. There was no swimming pool or clubhouse in the society. There were quite a few restrictions for singles.

Autos were not available near the society, and Ola or Uber was also unavailable. There was a significant leakage issue in my flat. We had to fetch drinking water from outside because the water available in the society was hard water.
