Good things here
The connectivity is great with easy access to auto-rickshaws, cabs, and public transport. The construction quality is also very good with no problems like seepage, leakage, or cracks. The neighbourhood is friendly, especially with the retired residents who are always around for a chat. Maintenance is average but manageable, with regular cleaning and garbage collection. Parking is currently not an issue since there are fewer people staying here.
Things need improvement
There are a few areas that need improvement in the society. The maintenance is only average, which could be better, especially when it comes to cleaning and upkeep. There are no amenities available, which is disappointing. The neighbourhood, while friendly, has limited interaction with working residents who are out most of the day. Parking is not an issue now due to the low number of residents, but it could become a problem if more people move in. Despite these issues, the construction quality and connectivity are great, making it a decent place to live.

Good things here
Being just 5 minutes away from the airport and situated on Jessore road ensures convenient access to transportation hubs and major routes, making commuting a breeze. The construction quality here is commendable, with well-built structures that exude durability and modern aesthetics. The social life within the community is vibrant, with regular events and gatherings that foster a strong sense of camaraderie among residents. Moreover, the people here are friendly and approach.
Things need improvement
The society is nice but the amenities such as pool,clubs and even the lawns are not well maintained so there is definetly a room for improvement. The maintanence of lifts is also an area of improvement as it is definetly much needed along with better power backup options.

Things need improvement
Unfortunately, connectivity is a major issue here, rated at just 1, making it very difficult to get an auto or rickshaw. While the maintenance and construction quality are high, amenities leave something to be desired, with a rating of 3 due to the lack of a swimming pool and only a walking compound available
