Road quality are very good. I find that the connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, restaurants are available outside the society. Malls are available nearby. I have never faced any parking issues. Everyone has got individual parking. The society is very well maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. All the garbage collections are collected from the residents on regular basis. Proper rules are implemented by the society. Water supply is good, electricity issues are absolutely not faced. Water quality is quite good. Seepage and termite issues not yet happened in my flat. Ventilation is good. Lift is available and 2 lifts maintained properly. Security system is good, CCTV is available. play area for kids are available in the society. People are friendly and cooperative, there is good bonding with people, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society. No such pet related issues are there.
There is no metro station near the society. Only one parking is available if someone has 2 cars the it's a problem. There is no space for the guest parking. Parking could have been planned better. Garbage collection are mixed and collected. Plaster quality is not that good, it's comming off from place. Other facilities like gym, swimming pool, club house is not provided in the society.

The society features friendly and helpful neighbors, along with a dedicated security guard for safety. It enjoys good connectivity with easy access to buses, autos, and cabs, and the roads are well-maintained. Garbage collection is regular, and essential facilities like hospitals and markets are conveniently close. Residents benefit from designated parking and well-maintained elevators. Reliable electricity and water supply add to the convenience, while the buildings boast excellent construction quality with no issues such as seepage, leakage, or termite problems. Modern amenities like a gym and clubhouse are also available for everyone to enjoy.
Despite the efficient management of amenities and common areas in the society, occasional delays in addressing maintenance requests can be frustrating. While generally well-handled, these delays can inconvenience residents needing prompt attention to issues within their homes or surroundings.

Back then, maintenance was generally good. On the bright side, connectivity with auto rickshaws and nearby markets was very convenient for me. I did enjoy spending time on the rooftop, which was great. And having a designated kids' area was a plus for families like mine.
I had some issues with water quality and plumbing due to hard water, which was quite frustrating. Since it was a two-tower building, we didn't have security gate apps, but I always appreciated having some level of security in place. Although there wasn't designated parking for vehicles, having underground parking would have been convenient for me. It's a pity that there wasn't a swimming pool or gym area.

The security provided by the guards seems satisfactory, and there are no issues with the lifts or cleanliness.
Frequent power outages have become a big problem, causing inconvenience. Also, there's a persistent issue with seepage that hasn't been fully resolved despite attempts to fix it. The maintenance team's efforts to address these issues have been lacking.

Public transport is easy to find near our society, but the metro is quite far away; it takes us about 30 minutes to reach it. Maintenance is always done on time, and we haven't had any issues with garbage or anything else. The construction of our buildings is really good because until 4 pm, we only need fans in the summer since sunlight comes in, and we don't need lights until then. There's a nice kids' play area with see-saws for the children. Also, near the entry gate, there's a meeting room where all the committee members gather for meetings. Parking for two-wheelers is not a problem, and the people in our society are very friendly.
We have lift issues sometimes, but the chairman always sorts them out. We've got an annual maintenance contract, so the service crew regularly comes in to keep it in shape. But, a major problem we face is with parking for four-wheelers. The builder didn't assign parking spaces based on the flats. It's a first-come, first-served situation. This problem mainly stems from having more flats than available parking spots. For example, with 120 flats, there are parking spaces available for only 70-80 residents.
