Property is well maintained and renovated with good quality material includes modular kitchen, chimney, wardrobe, electrical fittings and interior, bathroom fittings and door and windows with grills and collapsible. Society is gated community with 60% open space and apartment on 20 ft main road connecting Garia with Baruipur. Property Registration and Mutation done. Property taxes and maintenance charges paid till Sept 2024. read more

Things need improvement

Power Supply by WBSEDCL is not very stable due to which there are power cuts at times. But there is generator backup. read more
