Local transport facilities are easily accessible near the society, with multiple malls, restaurants, and movie theaters in the vicinity. The build quality of the society is great, with no reported infrastructure defects both inside and outside the society. The rooms are well-maintained, well-designed, and equipped with proper ventilation. The lifts in the society are well-maintained and operational. There is a 24/7 water and electricity supply, with the added convenience of a power backup facility. The residents are cooperative and decent, contributing to a harmonious living environment in the society. Overall, it seems like a comfortable and convenient place�to�reside.
One of the concerns about that society was the surrounding environment outside the society, which was not good. The connecting road had a damp air, creating a smelly and very unhygienic environment. Additionally, the water supplied in the society was hard water, leading to limescale buildup on taps, sinks, and other water-related areas in the flats. The building is a standalone structure without any amenities, except for a lift and parking. Moreover, there were no functions or festivals celebrated in the society, leading to a lack of social interaction among the residents. Overall, there was a lack of community and social engagement within�the�society.

Additionally, the absence of power cuts is commendable and contributes to uninterrupted daily routines. Despite ongoing road construction affecting market area accessibility, the availability of auto-rickshaw services is a convenience for residents, facilitating transportation needs. The presence of street lights in our locality enhances safety and visibility, contributing to an overall sense of security. I also commend the use of gate apps for security measures, which adds an extra layer of protection to our community. Furthermore, I'm pleased with the good condition of the lifts in our society, which ensures smooth and reliable vertical transportation for residents.
I'm disappointed by the poor condition of the market area due to ongoing road construction, which affects accessibility and convenience for residents. Additionally, the absence of a swimming pool and gym facilities in our society is disappointing. These amenities are often considered essential for promoting a healthy and active lifestyle among residents. Furthermore, I'm concerned about potential seepage and leakage issues in our society, although none have been reported currently.

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, bus, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. There are nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants available outside the society. Roads are in good condition, street lights are also good. Water logging issues are not faced as such, drainage system is good in the society. The maintainance services are good in the society, the society is kept clean. Garbage collection is done on time. rooms are properly ventilated in the society. Elevators works properly and is maintained on timely basis. CCTV cameras are working fine.
We did face some challenges with the water quality. It wasn't up to par, and the hard water led to issues like sink blockages, which were quite frustrating to deal with. While there wasn't a security gate app, being in a two-tower building somewhat alleviated the need for it. However, having such an app would have been a nice addition for added peace of mind. Parking allocation wasn't a concern for us since we didn't own a vehicle. However, for those who did, the lack of designated parking, especially underground, could be inconvenient. Unfortunately, there were no amenities such as a swimming pool or gym area.

Metro is very near the society, auto are available, Society is very clean from inside, small garden is there, kids play area is very small, seepage problem is not there, people are good in society enviroment is very friendly.
The roads are jammed because of metro construction. In front of the locality is a lower-class area, which is a major issue. The outside area of the society is very dirty. There is no guest parking available, and there is no gym or clubhouse. Amenities are zero. The outside surroundings are very bad. The builder told us that nearby surroundings would improve once the metro construction started, but nothing has happened yet.

It's one of most connected areas of Ahmedabad, public transport is available - AMTS and it will be more convenient . The Ahmedabad metro rail project is almost in the completion phase.The complex is clean, hygienic.
