Good things here
The society has got great connectivity, public transports like auto, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Within 100 meters Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. Also hospitals and metro station is very close to the society. The road quality is very good and street lights are always functional. Rooms are very well ventilated. The parking space is sufficient for all the residents, and all have their own parking spots. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collections are always done on time in the society. Drinking water is availlable 24*7 in the society. No such major electricity issues are faced. Water logging issues are barely noticable. Elevators are installed in all the towers. CCTV are properly installed all over the society. Security guards are available. The community is very nice as people are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society. Society is pet friendly, and maintains accordingly, rules are followed by all owners. play area for kids are available in the society.
Things need improvement
I don't like the construction quality of the buildings as seepage and leakage issues happens a lot. There are no Facilities and Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house available in the society. Roads can be improved inside the society.

Maintenance services are exemplary, ensuring timely cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently upheld. Regular painting and waterproofing initiatives are undertaken, enhancing the aesthetics and durability of the buildings. Elevators are well-maintained and operational, contributing to the convenience and safety of residents. A playground is readily accessible, offering a space for recreational activities. Reliable water and electricity services ensure uninterrupted supply, while well-ventilated rooms enhance comfort. The construction quality of the society is commendable, with no issues like seepage, leakage, or plaster problems in my apartment. The community fosters a positive social atmosphere, with residents actively participating in cultural festivals and events together. Waterlogging issues are non-existent within the society, contributing to a hassle-free living environment.
Things need improvement
Sometimes street lights does not work at night. gym, swimmingpool, club house, park, play area for kids are not available in the society as modern amenities. Metro is a bit far from the society.

Good things here
The connectivity around the society is quite good; auto-rickshaws are easily available, there's a nearby metro station, and bus stops are also available. The roads around the society are well-built, so there are no traffic issues. The people in the society are very nice, friendly, and cooperative, we also celebrate festivals together. The maintenance of the society is also very good the lifts are properly�maintained.
Things need improvement
The construction quality of the society isn't very good; there's significant seepage on the outer walls, making it look quite dirty. The internal roads need further improvement, and the security in the society should be enhanced as well because it's currently inadequate, allowing anyone to enter without�permission.

The society fosters a strong sense of community, with residents coming together to celebrate cultural festivals and events organized by the committee. Any issues that arise are promptly addressed by the society. Moreover, the availability of amenities such as the gym, swimming pool, and club house enhances our quality of life. It's reassuring to know that these amenities are well-maintained and readily available for our use. Additionally, I have not encountered any problems regarding pets in our society, making it a welcoming environment for all residents and their furry companions.

Regular dusting and cleaning are necessary to create a healthy living environment for all residents. Another issue that needs attention is the occasional malfunctioning of the lifts. Malfunctioning lifts can inconvenience residents. Additionally, the lack of proximity to a metro station may pose challenges for residents who rely on public transportation.

There are multiple public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. The connectivity is very convinient. Market areas, grocery store, schools, malls, restaurants all are nearby the society. the road conditions around the society are perfectly fine, street light are properly functional at night as well. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Daily in the morning the garbages are cleared by the staffs. Issues are resolved on time related to electrical, water and plumbing issues. Prior information is given to all the residents if there is stoppage of any water supply. The construction quality is quite better than other societies. There are no seepage and leakage issues. Also damps are not there. The rooms are properly ventilated with access to sunlight in all rooms. Balcony is quite big enough. Lifts are available and it functional properly. CCTV cameras are installed. Community in the society is good as people are very friendly and copperative, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society. Society did not have any stray dog issues.
Things need improvement
The area around the society is very bad as small shops sells smocking stuffs to slums which I didn't like at all. I think there is also a security issues as security guards are not found at some places where they has to be, like in the main gate and some areas of the society. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house are not available in the society. Just one ground is there and that didn't have any swings for kids to play. Inside the society there are no big shops and restaurants all are available outside the society.

Maintenance in the society is top-notch, with regular cleaning, garbage collection, and pest control ensuring a clean and hygienic environment. I'm grateful for the 24/7 availability of water supply and electricity, and it's reassuring to know that issues like water logging and mobile network disruptions are not a concern. The presence of CCTV cameras and a reliable security system, along with attentive security guards, provides peace of mind. The functioning lifts add to the convenience of daily life. One of the highlights of living here is the strong sense of community, with multiple cultural festivals and events celebrated together.

Additionally, the distance to schools, colleges, and hospitals may require some extra travel time. CCTV cameras are installed throughout the premises, and the security system is reliable, contributing to our safety and security. Security guards are available to further ensure the safety of residents and property. Fire extinguishers are readily available, and regular maintenance is conducted to ensure their functionality in case of emergencies. The people in our society are generally friendly and social, fostering a sense of community among residents.

Mostly Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. Malls are also available around the society. The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. I have 2 wheeler as well as 4 wheeler and have never faced any parking issues in the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. Designated house keeping staffs are available. CCTV is installed inside premises of the society. Security guards are available. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. Small ground is available for kids to play. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society. Festivals are organised in the society. The society is peaceful. Society is bachelor friendly. Pets are allowed and people follow all rules for pets.

Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are not available in the society. The walls are very weak, The constructuion quality is not good in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. Painting is not done on time. There is no security apps used in the society, outsiders are allowed without information. Security needs to be improved. Water quality is very bad that is received in the society.

People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society. Society is pet friendly, and maintains accordingly.

Nearby Metro station is still under construction, not functional yet. All the towers does not have lifts, only some towers have got lifts. The construction quality is not that premium quality, it's very basic. Maintenance of the buildings can be done regularly. There is no club house, swimming pool and gym are also not available. Modern amenities are missing.
