Auto rickshaw facilities are readily available near the society, with medical schools and hospitals nearby, enhancing the connectivity of the apartment. The build quality is excellent, with no issues of leakage or seepage, and spacious rooms with proper ventilation. The materials used by the builder are of good quality. The society benefits from continuous water and electricity supply, fostering a comfortable living environment. The residents are friendly and sociable, celebrating festivals and functions together, contributing to a great sense of community. Security measures are in place, including guards at the entrance and CCTV surveillance throughout the premises. The society is well-maintained, with daily garbage collection ensuring cleanliness. Overall, the social atmosphere is positive�and�welcoming.
Things need improvement
There is no nearby metro station, and in terms of amenities, the builder has only provided partial facilities. There is no swimming pool, but there is a children's play area and a small clubhouse. Additionally, lifts are available in the society. However, there is no allocated parking space for residents; instead, open parking is provided, and a first-come-first-served system is in place for parking within�the�society.

Schools, hospitals, and markets are conveniently located nearby. The construction quality is outstanding, with no termite issues and proper ventilation. Each resident has designated parking, and rules are followed diligently. There's reliable electricity and water supply. Modern amenities like a gym and clubhouse are well-maintained, fostering a sense of community among the residents. The presence of friendly neighbors who support each other in times of need is truly heartwarming. Additionally, the elevators are installed and well-maintained, and there are CCTV cameras and security guards for added safety.
Things need improvement
However, there are a few areas that could use improvement. The cleanliness standards need to be addressed as they are not up to par. Resident issues are often overlooked by committee members, which is frustrating for the residents. Seepage issues are prevalent and need to be addressed promptly. Furthermore, having amenities located in the basement makes them less accessible to residents, discouraging many from utilizing them.

Having market areas, schools, and restaurants nearby adds to the convenience of daily life, and the proximity to the metro station is an added bonus for longer journeys. The well-maintained road quality and street lights ensure safe and smooth travel, even at night. Plus, with allotted parking for all residents, parking is never a hassle. I appreciate the peace of mind provided by the functional CCTV cameras, good security system, and available security guards, contributing to a sense of safety and security within the community. The high construction quality of our buildings means we rarely face issues like seepage or leakage, and the efficient drainage system ensures that water logging is never a concern.

Living in my society has its challenges, especially when it comes to maintenance and amenities. It's disheartening to see that cleanliness and hygiene are not up to par, despite being essential for our well-being. I'm also disappointed that we don't have facilities like a gym, swimming pool, park, clubhouse, or play area for kids.

Initially, CCTV cameras were only installed in the main areas of the society, but now they're present everywhere, enhancing security. The friendly atmosphere among residents fosters a sense of community and camaraderie.
Things need improvement
In the residency, there are concerns regarding water leakage. Additionally, the absence of swimming pools and gyms is noted, and the limited size of the play area for kids poses a challenge. Parking issues persist due to the lack of an underground parking lot.

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. Water supply issues are not faced in the society, water is always available. water logging issues are not faced inside or outside the society. Drainange system is very good in the society. No major electricity issues are faced in the society.

There is no dislike to state, everything is good.

Good things here
Ola and Uber can be easily booked online and are accessible within the society. The flats have good ventilation, allowing ample sunlight. Water supply is continuous, available round-the-clock. There are well-maintained garden and play areas. Cleanliness and hygiene standards are well-maintained. The lifts are properly serviced and maintained. Residents celebrate festivals together and are friendly and cooperative.
Things need improvement
The society is grappling with significant construction issues such as leaks and seepage. Public transport options, including autos, are not easily accessible from here. The nearby market is expensive and not affordable. There are no amenities like a gym or swimming pool available in the society. Additionally, the society is in need of a fresh coat of paint.

Good things here
I have personal car and I travel by car, and autos or cabs are easily available to go anywhere here and power backups and garbage cleaning in the society means everything is done on time and All kinds of Hindu festivals are celebrated in this society.
Things need improvement
There is no metro or bus facility nearby and the society has no facilities like swimming pool gym and club house and no space for parking in the society means random car parking is here.

Good things here
The connectivity is fine, there are proper parking spaces available and autos, and taxis are easily accessible. Basic facilities like gym, swimming pool, clubhouse etc. are available in the society. Apart from this cleanliness is properly maintained. Grocery stores are available in the society. neighbours are fine and friendly, they are helpful and we do celebrate many things together. There are no issues regarding seepage or cracks. There is timely resolution of issues . Garbage collection facilities are also provided but it has seperate fees.
Things need improvement
The only issue I face here is I think that for a 2 BHK flat, the maintenance fees is very high here, I expect it should be reduced. Apart from this, there is no negatives about the society, everything is good to go.
