Good things here
Auto and Uber are readily available, and there are no transportation issues. Parking is also available, and schools and hospitals are nearby. Cleanliness is well-maintained, and there are no issues with water logging in the society. Both electricity and water supply are available 24/7. There are no problems with seepage or termites in the flats, and ventilation is good. The flats are not congested, and CCTV cameras are installed for security. Painting is done every year in the society, and amenities such as a gym, clubhouse, and temple are available. It feels like we are sitting in a resort while in the society.
Things need improvement
Sometimes, there are issues with the water supply, and we receive water from the Bowring. There is also a slight problem with the quality of drinking water, and discussions are ongoing to address this issue.

The houses are large and are designed with modern designs, which allows for plenty of natural light and fresh air. The connectivity is good enough that you can get to the nearest bus/car station in a matter of minutes.

Safety is taken care very well by the installed CCTV cameras and security guards who are available 24*7.

It is a decent place with all the basic amenities like shops, gym, ATMs. Roads are in good condition with complete cleanliness and regular maintenance.
