Good things here
Living in this housing society is wonderful. Connectivity is perfect, making travel easy. Maintenance is excellent, keeping everything clean and in good condition. The construction is solid, with no problems like seepage or cracks. Amenities, including the garden and children's play area, are well-maintained and enjoyable. The neighborhood is friendly and peaceful. I have no complaints and am very happy living here.
Things need improvement
There is nothing to dislike about living here. Connectivity, maintenance, construction, amenities, and the neighborhood are all great. Everything works well, and the community is friendly and peaceful. I have no issues or complaints. This place meets all my needs and expectations.

Good things here
This society has bungalow type houses, here public transport is easily available including buses, autos and cabs. The location is convenient with schools, hospitals, and markets nearby. There is regular garbage collection with wet and dry garbage segregation. Electricity and water supply are consistent. The neighbors are very nice and friendly, supporting each other in times of need.
Things need improvement
The few Improvements that can be done from my side is that the plaster quality could be made better and there are no amenities present in the society except a clubhouse.

Good things here
Ola and Uber are available, the roads are good, and we have a gym in our society. People here are friendly and celebrate festivals well.
Things need improvement
The gym isn't well-maintained, there's no swimming pool, cleanliness is a major issue, and there's no kids' play area available.

The excellent connectivity, along with easily accessible public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs, ensures that getting around is convenient. The well-maintained roads further add to the ease of travel. Moreover, the amenities provided, such as regular garbage collection with wet and dry segregation, nearby schools, hospitals, and markets, designated parking, elevators, and uninterrupted electricity and water supply, contribute to a comfortable and hassle-free lifestyle. The buildings are constructed with superior quality, free from issues like seepage or termite infestation, and boast proper ventilation, good plaster, and fittings. Additionally, the availability and maintenance of modern amenities like a gym and clubhouse further enrich the living experience.

It's challenging to find any areas that require improvement in society. The management seems to have thoughtfully addressed every aspect, creating a harmonious and fulfilling living environment for all residents.

Maintenance in the society is very poor. Tasks are not completed on time, and the garbage collection system is inadequate, leading to a lack of cleanliness. The society lacks amenities, which is a significant drawback for those seeking a comprehensive living environment with facilities like gyms, clubhouses, or swimming pools. Additionally, the neighbours are not friendly or cooperative, which impacts the community spirit. Despite the excellent construction and connectivity, these issues detract from the overall living experience in the society.

Residents were friendly and cooperative. There were no drainage issues, and garbage collection was punctual. Cleanliness was prioritized with regular cleaning. Maintenance charges were reasonable. The build quality was commendable, offering spacious rooms with good ventilation. Parking was allocated for both owners and visitors. The society enjoyed 24-hour water and electricity supply, and all festivals were celebrated, promoting community spirit.
Things need improvement
The road outside the society was underdeveloped, with numerous ditches posing safety hazards for drivers. Waterlogging occurred frequently during the rainy season. Maintenance was lacking, with non-functional streetlights exacerbating safety concerns. Residents also faced frequent power cuts. Moreover, high rent charges added to financial burdens within the society.

The routes from our society are well-connected to the main road, ensuring good connectivity. Services like Uber, Ola, and other cabs are easily accessible, making transportation convenient. Maintenance is satisfactory, with reliable water supply and no issues of waterlogging. Additionally, there's a garden available for kids to play in, adding to the recreational amenities.

The construction quality needs improvement, as there are seepage and leakage issues on the walls due to aging infrastructure. The plaster quality is also outdated, contributing to these problems. Additionally, amenities such as a gym, clubhouse, or swimming pool are not available, which could enhance the quality of life for residents. These are important aspects that the management should consider addressing for the betterment of the community.

Good things here
Auto rickshaws, buses, and cabs are conveniently available within walking distance outside the society. Nearby, there are local shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants. The roads are well-maintained, and street lights are in good working condition. There are no significant issues with water logging due to an effective drainage system in the society. Maintenance services are efficient, ensuring cleanliness throughout. Garbage collection is timely. Rooms in the society are properly ventilated. Elevators function properly and are maintained regularly. CCTV cameras are operational, enhancing security within the society.
Things need improvement
I haven't encountered any issues during my stay in the society. I am satisfied with the current state of affairs and feel that no improvements are necessary at this time.

Good things here
Society ki connectivity acchi hai, aur auto yahan paas me easily available hai. Basic zaroori cheezen jaise grocery bhi paas me available hain. Water supply kaafi acchi hai. Construction thoda purana hai lekin ab bhi theek hai. Log society me rehne wale dostana hain.
Things need improvement
Society mein sabse bada masla hai ki baccho ke liye khelne ki jagah nahi hai. Garden toota hua hai aur pichle 5 saal se repair nahi hua hai, maine hi dekha hai. Paas mein schools aur colleges nahi hain. Safai thik-thak hai, lekin behtar ho sakti hai. Mobile connectivity ka bhi issue hai. Do committee teams ban gayi hain, isliye issue hai.

The neighborhood has great features like two parks, a clubhouse, and areas for functions. Garbage is managed well, ventilation is good, and security staff are friendly and helpful. Residents celebrate festivals together, and there's reliable electricity and water supply. Additionally, window grills and CCTV cameras enhance security.
Things need improvement
There are a few drawbacks. There's no swimming pool available, and the condition of the garden is also bad. Maintenance issues, particularly with the lift and possibly other areas, are also a concern.
