Beautifully planned residential complexes in multiple independent blocks, each with 8 stories that are especially airy due to the surrounding hills and erected in a spacious uncongested neighbourhood of Baghorbari connected to Panjabari road and Khanapara by Uber, e-rickshaw, city bus, and so on.

The buildings' design and planning are quite comprehensive. Wheelchair ramps and lifts are available in all buildings. On the ground floor, there are shared bathrooms that are also handicapped accessible.

I've been staying in Shine Haven Block 3 for over a month and it's properly kept. Although its a rather good place, it's noisy due to the construction of the new apartment.

Here, the infrastructure and apartments are excellent. I enjoy this area because it has decent transportation options, is convenient to get a cab, has well-kept roads, is close to a hospital, school, and shops, never runs out of water, and most importantly, is safe at night.
