The society offers an exceptional experience thanks to the outstanding facilities and the warm, friendly community. The neighbors here are not only nice and friendly but also humble and always willing to help, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Our security is robust with CCTV cameras and a 24/7 security guard, ensuring everyone feels safe and secure. The area boasts excellent connectivity, with public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs easily available. The roads are well-maintained, making travel smooth and hassle-free. Essential services such as schools, hospitals, and markets are conveniently nearby, adding to the overall convenience of living here. We have a well-organized system for garbage collection, with regular pickups and proper segregation of wet and dry waste, keeping our environment clean and sustainable. Each resident benefits from designated parking, and the community adheres to strict rules to maintain orderliness. The buildings are constructed to high standards, with no issues of seepage or termites, ensuring durability and comfort. Proper ventilation, good plaster, and quality fittings contribute to a pleasant living environment. Our utilities are reliable, with 24/7 electricity and water supply, so daily routines are never disrupted. Modern amenities such as a well-equipped gym and a clubhouse are available and well-maintained, offering great facilities for fitness and social activities. The elevators are regularly serviced to ensure they are always in good working condition
Things need improvement
Having lived here for quite some time, I have come to the conclusion that the society couldn't be any better. Everything is truly awesome here, and I have found no aspects that require improvement or that I would consider dislikes.

Connectivity is definitely a plus point here, with auto-rickshaws readily available, making commuting hassle-free. Fortunately, we haven't experienced any issues with seepage or leakage, which is a huge relief. It's always reassuring when the structural integrity of the building remains intact. The lifts are also in proper condition, ensuring smooth vertical transport within the building. This is crucial for residents, especially those with mobility issues. Additionally, security measures are in place, contributing to the overall safety of the locality.
Things need improvement
Maintenance regarding garbage collection and power supply has been lacking recently, which can be quite inconvenient. It's essential to have these services running smoothly for the overall comfort and well-being of residents. Ensuring timely and efficient garbage collection helps maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the community, while a reliable power supply is crucial for various daily activities.

While the society has generally good connectivity, it could be better integrated with more diverse transit options. Although maintenance is adequate, there are occasional lapses in timely repairs and upkeep. The construction quality, though good, shows some areas where improvements could be made. Amenities, though plentiful, could benefit from more regular updates. The friendliness of the residents is notable, but there are occasional issues with neighborly disputes.

Good things here
I've been living here since 2020, and it's a 3-block society with friendly and humble neighbours. The CCTV cameras and security guards provide a sense of safety. The connectivity is excellent, with buses, autos, and cabs easily available. Regular garbage collection is done, and there are schools and hospitals nearby. Parking is available for residents, elevators are installed and maintained, and there is a reliable supply of electricity and water without any breaks.
Things need improvement
When I moved in back in 2020, I had the flat painted, but during the rainy season, all the walls got damaged due to severe seepage issues. It's frustrating because repainting is expensive, and the unresolved seepage makes the flat look bad. The only amenity in the society is a gym, there are no other amenities available.

Good things here
I like here that public transport is super accessible here with buses, autos, and cabs always available. There�s a hospital and market close by, and I haven�t had any issues with seepage or termites. The plaster and fittings are all done properly, and garbage collection is always on time. We have 24/7 electricity and water supply, and the people in the society are really nice and friendly. The lifts are well-maintained, and there are CCTV cameras and security guards always on duty, which makes me feel safe.
Things need improvement
There are some issues with parking and water leakage. Also, the amenities are pretty limited here�s just a garden area and a skating area. I wish there were more facilities like a gym or clubhouse.

Good things here
The society boasts excellent connectivity with auto, cabs, metro, railway station, and buses readily available. The road quality is good, and there are no traffic issues. Cleaning and water tank maintenance are managed well.
Things need improvement
There are no lifts maintained, and garbage collection is lacking. The maintenance fees are not higher, but solving issues on time is a problem. There are no gardens, swimming pools, gyms, or clubs. The neighborhood lacks friendliness, noise is an issue, and there's little interaction among residents.

Good things here
The society is very well-connected with good roads, public transport, metro access, and nearby shops, schools, and hospitals. The construction quality is excellent with no seepage or leakage, and good ventilation and sunlight. The neighborhood is friendly, safe, green, quiet, and has shopping and schools nearby.
Things need improvement
The GYM of the society is not well maintained , the machines of the gym are not properly functioning . moreover pools and clubs is also not there . Only basic parks are available

Good things here
There was excellent connectivity here with easy access to autos and rickshaws. The neighbors are exceptionally friendly and always willing to help. The cleanliness is maintained impeccably and is always done promptly as scheduled.
Things need improvement
Living there was missing key amenities such as a gym, pool, and clubhouse, which could significantly enhance the quality of life and community activities.

The local public transportation system is fairly good, but you will need to be familiar with the bus routes. Makarba is a beautiful area. It is a spotless, secure, and unpolluted area.

Personally, I reside here. It's a fantastic location. Almost all of the shops are on the ground floor. You get all you need for housework, medical care, food, and so forth. A good place for families. Bachelors are not permitted.
