Good things here
Beautiful society with warm hearted residents who celebrate and enjoy several events through the year together. Perfect location in terms of connectivity and accessibility to some of the best schools and universities in Ahmedabad. Nearby parks, restaurants, shopping and places of worship. Very close to hospitals and pharmacies. Easy access to airport and upcoming multi-modal transport hub.
Things need improvement
Not much to dislike when you have such good amenities, prime location and gentle and caring neighbors.

Good things here
Public transportation options such as autos, rickshaws, buses, and cabs are easily accessible within walking distance outside the society. Conveniently located nearby are local shops, supermarkets, and grocery stores. Schools, colleges, and hospitals are all situated close to the society. Residents enjoy uninterrupted water supply and electricity services available 24/7. The road quality outside the society is excellent. The society is well-maintained with proper cleanliness and hygiene standards upheld. Rooms in the flats are well-ventilated, receiving ample sunlight throughout the year. Emergency exits and corridors are readily available. Facilities and amenities such as a gym, clubhouse, and play area are provided within the society. The security system is robust, with security guards and CCTV cameras ensuring residents' safety. Elevators are functional and undergo timely maintenance. Parking is hassle-free with no issues reported.
Things need improvement
There are no street lights on roads around the society. There is no one appointed to collect the garbage on regular basis, the residents have to dispose on their own. Cleaning people don't come regularly. Water quality is very bad we receive hard water in the society. The society is quite old and plaster is not long lasting, the society should take care of it. There is a lot of damp issues. Bachelors are restricted to use any amenities in the society. Amenities are peoperly not maintained. People staying in the society are not friendly and understanding in the society. People discriminate with bachelors and famities. Veg and non veg foods are also an issue. Society is not pet friendly. society does not allow pets.

I appreciate several aspects of my living situation here. Having allotted parking spaces is a definite plus, as it eliminates the hassle of searching for parking every time I come home. The working elevators are a convenience that I've come to rely on, especially when carrying groceries or moving heavy items. The fact that water and electricity are available around the clock is reassuring, as I never have to worry about unexpected interruptions. Proper ventilation ensures that the air inside my apartment remains fresh and breathable, contributing to a comfortable environment.

The lack of connectivity and public transportation options poses difficulties, particularly for those who rely on public transit or prefer not to drive. Navigating the poorly maintained roads only adds to the frustration of transportation woes. the absence of modern amenities such as a gym or community center means I have to seek such facilities elsewhere. This can be inconvenient and may limit opportunities for social interaction and recreation within the community. Perhaps most disappointing is the unfriendly disposition of some of my neighbors. Building a sense of community is important to me, and it's disheartening when that sense of camaraderie is lacking.

The absence of metro and bus services can certainly be a challenge for residents who rely on public transportation. Regarding amenities, it's disappointing that essential facilities like a gym, swimming pool, park, clubhouse, or play area for kids are not available within the society.

The maintenance isn't up to par, and with the construction being a decade old, we're starting to see some seepage problems cropping up. It's crucial to address these issues promptly to prevent any further deterioration of the infrastructure. I think focusing on improving the overall maintenance standards would make a significant difference. Regular inspections and proactive repairs can help prevent small issues from escalating into more significant problems down the line.

Good things here
I had a great experience living in this community. The residents were friendly, cooperative, and decent, mostly consisting of business professionals and their families. The amenities were top-notch and always well-maintained. The elevators were in excellent condition, and there were no problems with the water supply or cleanliness. Festivals were celebrated with enthusiasm, adding to the vibrant atmosphere. The maintenance fees were reasonable given the quality of service. The market was conveniently close, and the roads outside the society were in good shape. Additionally, booking an Ola, Uber, or other online services was hassle-free.
Things need improvement
Public transport wasn't available right next to the society; you had to walk about 200 meters to find an auto. Additionally, bachelors were not allowed to live within the society.

Cleaning is well-maintained in the society, with no issues in that regard. The lifts are also working fine, and garbage collection is done daily. There are no issues with power cuts in the society. The design of the society is good, and there are no issues of seepage, indicating good construction quality. Security is also good, with security guards present in every tower.
Things need improvement
I've been living in this society since it was built. Connectivity is a bit of an issue here. The location is not very appropriate and feels a bit odd; it's a bit off from the main areas. Because of this, the connectivity isn't very good, and there aren't any supermarkets or malls nearby. There are no schools nearby either; the closest one is at least half an hour away from the society. Public transport is also not easily available. There should be more sports activities and facilities within the society.

The society has good access to autos, cabs, metro, railway station, and buses. The area is kept clean, and garbage collection is regular. Construction is generally good with proper ventilation and sunlight. All major amenities like garden, play area, swimming pool, gym, clubs, and park are available. The neighborhood is friendly.
Things need improvement
Overall the connectivity is good but there is a traffic issue faced at some points like in front of the university which sometimes leads to a delay in your journey . Seepage is also there in the underpass in rainy season and no one is there to fix that issue .
