Good things here
Yeh ek standalone building hai, lekin yahaan hamesha do security guards maujood hote hain, jo ki bahut acchi security ki guarantee dete hain. Connectivity bhi bahut acchi hai, auto aur bus aasani se mil jaati hai. Ab tak kisi bhi flat mein leakage ya cracks ka koi bhi samasya nahi aayi hai. Yahaan ke log bahut achhe hain aur sabhi tyohaar mil ke manate hain.
Things need improvement
The metro hasn't arrived in Dahisar yet. It's a standalone building without any amenities. Water supply is limited to only half an hour daily, requiring residents to store water for later use.

Good things here
The connectivity here is top-notch, making it really convenient to get around. The maintenance of the society is also good, ensuring everything is well-kept. The construction quality is solid, and I�ve found my neighbors to be friendly, which adds to the overall positive experience of living here.
Things need improvement
The society has limited amenities; we only have a mandir and a park. Beyond that, there isn�t much available. While those facilities are nice, having more options would definitely enhance the community experience.

Good things here
There was school, hospital, and market nearby, which was very helpful for us to get daily works or requirement done easily. The construction quality was excellent with no seepage or termite issues and the plaster and fittings were quiet up to the mark. I also had friendly neighbors who used to make the community feel supportive.
Things need improvement
However, there are were many downsides of the society like autos were not easily available, requiring a bit of a walk to get them. The roads were in poor condition and there was no dedicated parking available. Maintenance issue was very much, with frequent lift issues and no committee members to address concerns. Water supply was inconsistent as sometimes it used to come in morning then you have to keep it stored as then it would not come in evening or vice versa often requiring storage. Garbage collection was irregular and have to pay them someone separately to just collect it as nobody used to come from the society side to collect. There were no amenities like a gym or clubhouse, and security guards were also not always present. Additionally, festivals were not celebrated together, which impacts the community feel. Having a leader to coordinate these activities and having better maintenance, adding amenities could improve the situation from my side I would say for improvement.

Inequality and poverty are strongly opposed due to their impact on social mobility and access to essential resources like education and healthcare. Environmental degradation is a growing concern, prompting efforts for sustainability and conservation to combat issues like climate change and pollution. Additionally, corruption and unethical behavior are frowned upon, with calls for transparency and ethical governance in institutions and leadership. Understanding these values and challenges helps navigate societal aspirations and progress.

Good things here
I absolutely love living in this society. The sense of unity and friendliness among residents is remarkable. We're like one big family, always looking out for each other. Our community events are a highlight for me - they're filled with laughter, great conversations, and delicious potluck dinners. The diversity here is fantastic; I've learned so much about different cultures from my neighbors. Our management team is incredibly responsive, addressing any concerns promptly. The landscaping is beautiful, and I enjoy taking evening walks around our well-maintained grounds.
Things need improvement
The only downside I can think of is the lack of a dedicated children's park within our society. As a parent, I wish we had a safe, convenient play area for the kids. It would be wonderful to have a space where children could play and socialize without having to leave the complex. Despite this, the overall positive atmosphere and strong community bonds make this an amazing place to live.

I owned a property here 3 years ago but have sold it since. The maintenance and construction were excellent. The neighborhood was very friendly, which was nice. However, the connectivity was poor because it was on the outskirts. There was only an open ground for amenities, and it was not maintained.

Seepage was not a concern in the building, and the lifts functioned smoothly, providing reliable service. Security measures were strong, ensuring residents' safety and peace of mind. the neighborhood is really amazing with great people

One notable absence was a swimming pool on the premises. Despite this, the presence of a gym provided an avenue for fitness, though there was room for improvement in its maintenance and upgrades.
