Good things here
The society stands out for its remarkable dedication to ensuring residents experience exceptional living standards. Its unwavering focus on providing comfortable living spaces, along with easy access to nearby amenities, significantly enhances residents' quality of life. With its sprawling layout, the society offers abundant space for relaxation and recreational pursuits, while residents benefit from well-maintained facilities like the gym, library, and clubhouse. Nearby establishments such as grocery stores, markets, schools, and hospitals effectively meet residents' daily needs, supported by excellent transportation options that simplify commuting via buses, cars, autos, and taxis. The society boasts fully operational CCTVs and elevators, and there are no issues with the water supply.
Things need improvement
Overall, there was nothing to improve everything was good and best. Easy to acess with the market and public transport. There was no issue of seepage and leekage.

Good things here
The maintenance services in our society are highly satisfactory. The lifts are regularly maintained and kept clean, ensuring everyone's safety and convenience. It's reassuring to see this aspect well-managed. Additionally, the garbage collection services are efficient and consistently on time, contributing to a clean and hygienic environment around us. Living in a community where these essential services are handled effectively significantly enhances our daily lives.
Things need improvement
The roads around our neighborhood often have potholes and cracks, causing traffic jams and flooding during rains. It's important to fix these issues regularly to make commuting smoother and avoid these problems. Also, there aren't enough buses or taxis around, which makes it hard to get transportation when we need it. It would be helpful to have more options and buses running more often.

Good things here
Ola and Uber services are now available in our society. There are no problems with leaks or dampness in the flats. The gym is available and kept in good condition. Residents are cooperative, and cleanliness is maintained with daily garbage collection. The flats are well-ventilated, and there is ample parking space for everyone
Things need improvement
Public transport is not easily accessible near our society. We don't have a play area, and the garden and grounds are small and not well-kept. There is no tennis court. Some rooms don't get enough sunlight. There is no parking available inside the society for visitors, which can be inconvenient. Occasionally, the water supply is interrupted without prior notice

Good things here
People of this society are very good and engaging, we do celebrate the festivals together. The construction quality of the soc is good with proper ventilation , CCTV cameras installed and no issues regarding seepage or cracks. water supply and electrical supply in the soc is also okay. Gyms and public parks are available here which caters to the recreational needs. Overall, it is really a very good society to live in.
Things need improvement
Swimming pool is available here but it is not properly functional, apart from this, it's really a great place to live in and i don't face any issues here.

There are schools, hospitals, and markets nearby, and the roads are in good condition and not broken, so there are no traffic issues around the society. Additionally, the construction quality of the society is good, with well-ventilated flats. The maintenance is also very good, the lifts are properly maintained and clean, the water supply is timely, and there are�no�power�cuts.
Things need improvement
According to me, there is nothing that needs improvement here. Everything is available nearby, and the society has all the facilities. Therefore, there is no need for any�improvement.
