Good things here
I'm thoroughly impressed with the maintenance in our society; all services are consistently provided on time. The surroundings are exceptionally clean, and I'm reassured by the top-notch construction quality, as there are no issues like seepage. The connectivity with public transport is a huge advantage, with autos, cabs, and buses readily available, making travel much easier. Parking has never been a problem, thanks to the ample open space right next to our society. It's wonderful to live in a place where these essential aspects are well-managed, making daily life smoother and more convenient.
Things need improvement
Currently, I feel my society is in a really good place, and I don't see any immediate need for improvements. We've overcome past issues with road breakages, and I'm pleased to say those problems have been resolved. It's impressive to witness ongoing improvements throughout the society.

The society has good connectivity, with the metro station just 4-5 km away and autos and buses readily available. Maintenance is well-handled, ensuring the lifts are properly maintained and regular cleaning is done. The neighbors are friendly, contributing to a pleasant living environment. Overall, it's a great place to live.

While the connectivity of the society is good and maintenance is well-handled, there are a few disappointments. The parking situation is problematic, and the absence of a swimming pool or gym is disappointing. These missing amenities are a letdown.

I'm really pleased with the construction quality of our society; it's evident that high-quality materials were used in the construction of our ventilated flats. I've noticed that the plaster doesn't chip off easily, and the timely repainting shows that maintenance is taken seriously here. The connectivity of our society is also a huge plus for me. Having schools and hospitals nearby makes life so much more convenient, especially in times of need. I'm glad to say that the maintenance of our society is top-notch. It's always kept clean, and I appreciate the friendly and helpful attitude of our fellow residents. It truly feels like a supportive community. The security measures in place give me peace of mind, and I'm grateful that we don't face any issues with parking. It's the little things like these that make living here so comfortable and stress-free.

While living in the society, I felt the lack of amenities, particularly the absence of a playing area or clubhouse. It would have been nice to have these facilities available for recreational activities and socializing. Despite this, overall, I found the society to be good.

But perhaps one of the most valuable aspects of living in the society is the sense of community fostered by the friendly and welcoming people. Having neighbors who are approachable and supportive, truly make a difference in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere where residents feel at home.

The significant seepage issues are a major concern, as they can lead to further damage and discomfort. It's frustrating that despite the society being 12 years old, there are no amenities such as a clubhouse, garden, or park. Additionally, the lack of parking is a significant weakness that adds to the inconvenience.

The apartment complex benefits from good road quality, easy access to cars, train stations, and taxis, as well as strong connection. Strong maintenance services are provided, including routine cleaning, trash removal, and lift maintenance. There are no problems with leaks or seepage, which is a commendable quality of construction. Only garden is available. The people are very helpful and supportive.
Things need improvement
Disappointingly, there are no basic facilities like a park, playground for kids, gym, pool, clubs, security, or greenery, which should a society include to enhance the lifestyle.
