Multiple schools and hospitals are also in close proximity, enhancing convenience. Local transportation options such as auto-rickshaws, cabs, and bus services are readily available nearby. The maintenance of facilities, particularly the lifts, is excellent, with regular servicing and upkeep. The society offers various amenities including a clubhouse, banquet hall, children's play area, and a well-maintained swimming pool, all of which are kept in good condition. Safety features such as fire exits, staircases, and fire extinguishers are provided by the builder. Continuous 24/7 water and electricity supply is ensured, with power backup facilities like generators available. Festivals are celebrated within the society, and security is maintained with CCTV surveillance and entrance guards who verify individuals entering the premises. Cleanliness is prioritized, with garbage being collected daily. Allocated parking spaces are available for owners and residents, and there is ample open space contributing to a peaceful ambiance throughout�the�society.
Things need improvement
The building is now 10 years old, and the construction quality has deteriorated over time. Maintenance of the building is not being done adequately, which leads to occasional water blockage issues in the pipelines. Owners have to cover the costs for internal problems in the flats. Additionally, the metro station is located about 4 to 5 kilometers away from the society, making large tunnel connectivity unavailable. Allocated visitor parking is not provided in the society, but there is limited parking space available where guests can park�their�vehicles.

The internal build quality is good, as it is maintained by the owner, and there are no issues with seepages inside. The society offers amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, garden, and park, all of which are well-maintained. The rooms are spacious with good ventilation, and safety is ensured with street lights at night, CCTV coverage in all areas, and guards at the entrance. Cultural events and programs are regularly celebrated, along with festivals. The society has full power backup facilities, allocated parking for owners and visitors, and well-maintained lifts with timely�servicing.
Things need improvement
There is no metro station near the society, and even the nearest good school is located quite far away, approximately 50 minutes from the society. The quality of construction is not satisfactory, with numerous cracks visible on the outer walls of the building, necessitating immediate repairs. There is also a risk of certain parts of the building potentially falling, posing a safety hazard to residents. This issue urgently requires attention from the maintenance team to ensure the safety of everyone�in�the�society.

The property is conveniently located within a 1 to 2 kilometer radius of hospitals, schools, local markets, and public transport. It features amenities like a swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse, along with open parking. The property is 6 to 7 years old, and pollution levels are very low here.

Security measures are in place, including gate apps and visitor monitoring. The builder takes care of maintenance, including security. Designated parking is available, though it may be paid. There is a swimming pool and gym area, albeit mostly owned and maintained by the builder. Neighbors are absolutely the ebst with a warm environment
Things need improvement
Major issue with teh society is that tehre is no association and builder is takign acre of everything hence there is lack in the facility and repair work in general. Maintenance is not proactively. Facility office exists, but processing is slow. There are issues with seepage and leakage. The property has design and infrastructure flaws, such as sewage pipes inside bathrooms. The parking allocation system may not be transparent. Building repairs are neglected. The swimming pool and gym area, while present, have significant portions closed off. There is no association for residents to address concerns collectively.

Market area congestion, It's inconvenient when the market area is congested and not within walking distance, making shopping trips more challenging. Seepage and leakage issues,Dealing with moisture inside flats can be unbearable and persistent, especially if it's a recurring problem due to subpar plumbing. Covered parking problems,Having difficulties adjusting and parking in covered parking areas can be frustrating and inconvenient for residents. Lift breakdowns,While the overall condition of the lifts may be good, experiencing breakdowns can be disruptive and pose safety concerns for residents.
