Cleanliness is prioritized, with garbage being collected daily. There is a swimming pool and gym area, albeit mostly owned and maintained by the builder. Neighbors are absolutely the ebst with a warm environment
Major issue with teh society is that tehre is no association and builder is takign acre of everything hence there is lack in the facility and repair work in general. Maintenance is not proactively. Facility office exists, but processing is slow. There are issues with seepage and leakage. The property has design and infrastructure flaws, such as sewage pipes inside bathrooms. The parking allocation system may not be transparent. Building repairs are neglected. The swimming pool and gym area, while present, have significant portions closed off. There is no association for residents to address concerns collectively.
