Good things here

The location of the society was very good, and the connectivity was excellent, with autos and the railway station located close to the society. There were no issues of leakage or seepage. Parking was allotted, and water was available 24/7. The society was clean, and there was good ventilation in the flats. The lifts were well-maintained.

The roads near the society were underdeveloped. There was traffic near the society because there was a station nearby. There were no modern amenities in the society.

There is reliable 24/7 water and electricity supply without any issues, with an in-built tank for additional water storage. The presence of a park within the society premises allows for recreational activities. Security measures are enhanced with the installation of CCTV cameras, contributing to a safe environment. Additionally, there is no nearby metro station, as the metro is still under construction. Elevators and a generator are not provided within the society. Being a 20-year-old society, facilities and amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, club house, and play area are not available.

Good things here

My neighbours are very friendly and supportive. CCTV cameras and security guards are available inside the society. Public transport is easily accessible with buses, autos, and cabs available. There is regular garbage collection with wet and dry garbage segregation. Each resident has also designated parking and there is regular electricity and water supply. Amenities like the gym and clubhouse are available and well-maintained.

Things need improvement

The thing which I would say needs to be Improved is that there is a seepage issue I face in my flat and the construction quality could be have been better. While there is a clubhouse and community hall other than that there are no other amenities like gym, swimming pool.

Good things here

The location of the society is very good as everything is available at a distance of 5 mins max. the construction is good as there are no issues related to water logging or seepage. the maintenance of society is good as there are proper water and power supply along with the society being neat and clean all the time. the society hosts a good environment as it is green and very comforting. proper hygiene is maintained in society.

There are termite issues in the building. On rainy reason, there is also the problem of seepage and water leakage in the washroom. we have to get pest control done every once in a while. there are no amenities in society. parking is also one of the major issues in the society.

The society was peaceful and clean, with good security measures such as CCTV cameras and guards. Although there was only one lift, it was well-maintained. The residents were friendly, and there was ample parking space. Traffic was not an issue near the society, and the roads outside were in good condition. Autos were readily available.
