Good things here
I used to live earlier in the mentioned society, is a former resident. Society ki connectivity acha hai , public transport mil jata hai. No issues of waterlogging. Cleaning achi hai society ki. Basement parking is also available. Security acha hai with safety features & cctv cameras. 2 gardens hain & play area hai children ke khelne ke liye society mein. Mandir bhi hai society mein. Gazebo is also there in the society. Neighbours are also good , sab festivals wagera celebrate karte hain.
Things need improvement
Minor issues of leakage,seepage in society. Balcony itna bada nahi hai flats ka. Amenities nahi hai society mein like no swimming pool, gym & clubhouse in the society.

Good things here
Transport connectivity is good with availability of cabs and autos. Buses and metro are also available nearby. Maintenance is fine with timely disposal of waste and garbage. Construction quality is good with no seepage and leakage issues.

Our society is amazing no as such problem we have faced till yet.

Good things here
There is no problem of seepage or leakage. The society has been maintained very well from the inside and there are no concerns. The school and hospital are nearby. The residents of the society are quite good . Auto rickshaws, cabs, and buses are easily available. A gym and park are available in the society.
Things need improvement
There is an issue with repainting here. There should be an open space play area, there is also a lighting issue which creates a problem for children to play at night. All of these things should be addressed.

Good things here
The transportation connectivity is good with easy availability of public transport options, malls and markets. The construction quality of the society is also good for eight years. Paintings are done timely. There is a park for children. CCTVs and Elevators are installed. The neighborhood consists of decent people who celebrate all festivals and events together. There are so drainage issues or water supply issues in the society. The balconies are provided. The amount of sunlight is ample.
Things need improvement
The society provided basic all facilities but, the basic amenities like gym swimming pool and clubhouse are not available in the society premises. Also, roads nearby must be improved.

The accessibility of great public transportation, including nearby metro stations, makes commuting easy and convenient for everyone. The 24-hour availability of electricity and water supply ensures that residents' basic needs are consistently met. The abundance of greenery surrounding the society enhances the aesthetics and contributes to a refreshing and tranquil atmosphere.
Things need improvement
The parking area was not hygienic enough and water logging use to happen frequently in the parking lot. Sometines stray dogs enters inside the premises of the society which becomes unsafe for children.

Security guards are on duty around-the-clock, and cctv cameras have been erected all around society. This is a two-bedroom apartment building with a nice carpet space.

There is plenty of room in this community for parking and gardens—there are actually tree gardens. One is at the centre of society, and the other has a temple in the back and a play place for kids nearby.
