Good things here
Living in my society was a generally positive experience, especially in terms of connectivity and community atmosphere. Public transport was easily accessible, making it convenient to get around. I also noticed significant improvements in the quality of roads during my stay, which added to the overall convenience and comfort of traveling in the area. What truly enhanced my experience was the warmth and friendliness of the people in the society. Their welcoming nature created a sense of belonging and made me feel right at home. It's wonderful to be part of a community where neighbors look out for one another and foster a supportive environment.
Things need improvement
The lack of regular cleaning was a significant issue, resulting in a buildup of dirtiness that was bothersome. This impacted the overall comfort and aesthetic appeal of the surroundings. Moreover, the construction quality of the buildings was subpar, leading to significant seepage issues. This not only affected the structural integrity of the buildings but also contributed to a less-than-ideal living environment. One of the most disappointing aspects was the absence of amenities in the society. With no parks, gardens, clubhouses, or recreational facilities available, residents were limited in terms of options for relaxation and leisure activities.

I'm grateful for the transportation connectivity in this area, which makes it easier for me to get around without relying solely on my own vehicle. It's a relief to know that I have options for getting to work or running errands
Things need improvement
However, there are several significant drawbacks to living in this community. The society is poorly maintained, with visible signs of neglect and disrepair throughout. The construction quality is shockingly poor, with evident flaws and structural issues in many buildings. The lack of modern amenities is disappointing, as it limits recreational and social opportunities within the community. The garden, in particular, is in poor condition, further diminishing its potential as a communal space. Additionally, the unfriendly demeanor of some neighbors contributes to a sense of isolation and discomfort. The recurring issues with leakage and electricity only add to the overall dissatisfaction with the living conditions. While I try to remain optimistic, it's challenging to overlook these significant shortcomings.

Good things here
Transportation options are efficient with buses, auto-rickshaws, and taxis readily available, making commuting easy. Residents appreciate the proximity to bustling markets, grocery stores, hospitals, and schools, making the area highly desirable for living. The expansive park provides ample space for children to play, further enhancing the community's appeal. Known for their hospitality, people in this community are friendly and welcoming, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all.
Things need improvement
Everything was in good condition and well-maintained. The people were friendly, and the elevators were functional and in good working condition.

Good things here
People here are very good natured and engaging, we do celebrate festivals together. It�s good to live here actually. Connectivity here is good with parking facilities available, and autos and cabs easily accessible. Maintenance here is also good with lift and garbage collection facilities provided. Construction of the building is also okay with no seepage , cracks issues.
Things need improvement
It's a very simple and old soc so there are no amenities such as gyms, swimming pools or playing area available. Parking facilities are available here but sometimes it gets too congested that I have to park my vehicle outside parking premises

Good things here
Autos and cabs are conveniently available within walking distance outside the society. The water supply within the society is reliable, and there are no electricity issues. Residents have access to a garden and a temple. The community is known for being friendly and cooperative.
Things need improvement
The society generally does not face major issues except for occasional leakage problems during heavy rain. However, it lacks amenities, offering only a garden and a temple. The maintenance of the garden's grass is also not properly managed.

Hygiene ka koi issue nahi hai yaha woh cheez badiya hai, Security ka bhi acha hai society ka. Ek do grocery shops hain yaha society me for basic needs. Seepage/leakage ka koi issue nahi hai flats me.

Climate bht kharab hai- pollution aur dhool mitti bht zyada hai yaha pe. Iss poore area iss pollution ka issue hai. Water quality bhi acha nahi hai yaha society me. Mall-market nahi hai aas paas me , society ke bahar 10-15 km door jaana padta hai. Koi facilities available nahi hai jaise gym, clubhouse kuch bhi nahi hai. Nearby gym hona chahiye yaha. Room rent zyada hai yaha ka, log apne hisab se rent lagate hain, rent pe kuch control hona chahiye. Koi specific rent fix hona chahiye. Illegal brokerage bhi hota hai yaha. Maintenance charges bht zyda hai. Lifestyle, hospital, shopping ke liye bht door jaana padta hai, 7-8km ke andar kuch bhi nahi. Old flats me parking nahi hai. Mosquitos ka bhi problem hai yaha.
