The property is East facing and gets ample sunlight and air. Features that are not listed above are: 1) 24 hour Security and CCTV Coverage. Door Camera and Speaker Phone included. No untoward incident has happened in the scheme till now. 2) Separate Water and Drainage line for all flats. 24 hour water supply and a huge underground storage tank to tackle any sort of water cut. 3) Flat is facing an AUDA Plot where AUDA Garden will be made from August 2024. Already mapped on Google Maps. 4) Allotted Car parking - 1, Two Wheeler Parking - 2. 5) Society is well maintained. Common area are cleaned everyday and waste disposal is on time. 6) Society has a good Mix of well educated people and a cordial atmosphere is present. Festivals are celebrated with gusto. 7) Society has Well Maintained GYM, Indoor and Outdoor play areas and Children Park. 8) The society is made by a reputed Builder i.e. SOHUM GROUP and the structure is sound and strong. There is no visible damage or cracks in pillars, beams or walls in the project. 9) The area's electricity is serviced by UGVCL and the power cut is for 2 hours per month for maintenance purpose. The society has power backup for lifts and common area. 10) The society receives water from AMC and have ample overhead and underground tanks for ensuring 24*7 water availability.
